MSNBC cancels 3 Liberal Shows (1 Viewer)

I find Fox to be much more intellectually credible than vapid MSNBC, and they know how to spell masquerade.

More intellectual does not mean that they tell you what you want to hear.

They bring in higher quality talking heads and treat them with more respect. A liberal gets a far better hearing on Fox than does a conservative on MSNBC.

Which has exactly what to do with what I said?

Meanwhile, CNN is going documentary. They are steering away from both news and opinion.

They prefer them in the form of sarcastic jokes?

I think just about anything would be preferable to turning on am radio and listening to some guy screaming my opinions at me, yet apparently conservatives eat that **** right up. Personally, that would give me a migraine.

msnbc is such a joke, with very few exceptions
not eliminating the al 'tawana brawley' sharpton show is inexplicable

and who is the programming genius who thinks 60 hours of reality prison lockup shows over the weekend has a real audience

So then you agree that a majority of Fox viewers are under 55 YOA.
Yes, wasn't disagreeing with his conclusion, but rather the data he chose to support his statement.

Serious question that I challenge anyone to come up with an intelligent answer: why have we seen Democrats win the popular vote for President of the USA in five of the last six elections when turnout is highest - while conservative Tv like FOX NEWS does well with a regular viewership but liberal Tv falters due to lack of viewers?

I would say because the viewership of the political porn networks is but a tiny fraction of the electorate. They don't have nearly the influence some think they do.

It seems incongruent that all the Liberals on here are braying about how terrible top rated Fox is when it was three Liberal nonsense shows with no viewers that were canceled.

Oh for the love of ...

MSNBC has bad ratings, and it is terrible. Fox has good ratings, and is also terrible.

Yea.

So a 4% swing between Fox and MSNBC in 55+.... if MSNBC was only loosing by 4% they wouldn't be cancelling shows every week.

Also funny: MSNBC has the worst female viewership, with an 8% difference between men and women.

By that accounting if Fox is the stations for old people with a 4% difference then MSNBC is the Man channel. When will MSNBC's war on women end?!

Oh, and by education demographics, using the same accounting, MSNBC is watched by idiots. But we knew that...

I might have to watch CNN sometime then, I can live with 1-5 hours of news and a bunch of documentaries. Better then 1-5 hours of news and a bunch of talking heads (or AJAM's "thanks for watching an hour of news, now let's watch the same hour of news again! What? It works for Sportscenter!")

So they prefer to have their opinions fed to them as comedy skits?

I prefer news sources that are not outright clickbait, that are not pro-corporate advertisements disguised as news stories, and which are not openly sources of propaganda for either side of the political spectrum.

Interestingly, these standards have excluded nearly all American-based news sources.

Remember when MSNBC edited the video of the man at a townhall meeting with a gun strapped to his hip? The MSNBC crew then started talking about how this is racially motivated against black people. Weird how they edited the video to not show that the man with the gun was ............... a BLACK man. LOL!

Remember when Andrea Mitchell and crew doctored a video of Mitt Romney at a Wawa?

Remember when Rachel Maddow openly admitted to editing John McCain in order to smear him?

Remember when MSNBC selectively edited the testimony of a Sandy Hook father to make it look like protesters interrupted him?

Remember when MSNBC edited the video of the Million Vets March to make it look like there was racism where there was none?

Shall I go on?

No to all, enlighten me with credible links and video. Not saying it didn't happen, just like to see proof to inform myself. There are whole damn documentaries about how Fox News is full of **** though. Would you like me to recommend one?

Just copy/paste them into any search engine. I don't really care about Fox News since I don't watch it.

I haven't quite noticed. I have seen, however, that in the past year and a half they've turned into the HLN of airplane crashes.

Outfoxed is the first major hitter. It had a point, but it was tedious and was going desperate to make it seem like Fox was the one who ruined the news. Of course it's financiers and writers were just about the biggest pot-kettle-blacks you've ever seen.

And would that be news in the form of a comedy skit?
