Most Republicans still want Kavanaugh if the charges are true

Your position is that any time a woman fails to report a sexual assault (er, "lets him escape"), say against someone rich and powerful and known to be litigious, it's not really a sexual assault?

Yuck.

Thats not my position.

you are defending ***** grabbing. if you do not want to defend ***** grabbing, you should stop.

Im not. I am trying to educate you in the English language. With no success.

you can click a link, right? do that.

Did so. I found nothing that was even close to confirming the story of a woman on a plane getting grabbed at her mommy parts.

You, apparently have not either.

You believe the fanciful and I demand actual evidence.

I assume you believe Dr. Ford as well even in view of the complete lack of any evidence of any type whatever.

when you walk up to women and grab them by the *****, that's sexual assault even if you are an orange cult leader.

I agree, except this is not what happened. You're basically "crying wolf" and doing a disservice to those who have legitimately been sexually assaulted. This is why when a person comes forward with an assault claim it is often times not believed. People like you water down what is a very serious issue. You clearly don't understand context.

yes, you were. you should not defend ***** grabbing.

he admitted to sexual assault. deal with it.

consent is not automatic. if you walk up and grab someone by the *****, that's sexual assault. this is not a difficult concept.

Who said it was automatic?

Should someone have written consent before making any sexual advances towards a woman? Verbal consent? Where do you draw that line? I'm curious as to what you feel is the proper procedure.

going up to someone and grabbing them by the ***** seems to be a poor choice. it's difficult to believe that i have to type that more than once, but i am dealing with Trumpists, so there's that.

Except that wasnt my question and I am not a Trumpist....

good. i'm not, either.

Then would you mind answering my question as to how you would define the necessary level of consent before one can make a sexual advance and also does that standard apply equally to both men and women?

grabbing someone by the ***** because you think that you are a star is not consent.

grabbing someone by the ***** because you think that you are a star is not consent.

Again, you seem to have either a problem with understanding the english language or you are purposely avoiding the question.

What do you feel is the necessary level of consent before making a sexual advance and does that apply equally to both men and women?

I guess it's good that they're at least now asking about the rules around unsolicited groping?

Baby steps.

i understand English just fine, and i recognize that coming up to someone and grabbing them by the ***** is sexual assault.

i like banging their heads against the truth. should i ask permission first? i'm not sure.

I think this is largely the issue, there aren't any established rules in regards to consent. Luckily, I never had any issue with such as I like sexually aggressive women and typically look for women that will make that first move. I have actually had women walk up and grab me by my junk, it is actually fairly common when at clubs and social gatherings.

So that is the standard that should apply? Established verbal consent?
