found a few surpring locales that revealed superior education attainment among its citizens
and then saw a some that surprised me in the opposite direction
especially my berg (charlotte/concord/gastonia #45)
ca, tx, fl were well represented in the second grouping, ms & la, too

"Purple" all the way for me. Where I was raised and where I've settled.

A little surprised that where I spent my 6 month internship, St. Louis, is solid purple. (y)
 
I’d take some of those out, like Ann Arbor, where the city is the university. That’s cheating. 🙂
 
The findings are a wee bit skewed. A large number of those cities have large and in some multiple large universities. Meaning the majority of the instructors are Masters+

I'm not arguing the results, just pointing this out.
