As you are aware, periodically great havoc is caused around the world because some slime has created and released an internet virus, worm whatever. When they catch these guys, usually they are on TV walking into the court house with a smug grin on their face, to get a light sentence. A lot of serious business is now done on the internet, and I think it's high time these nerds suffer a penalty commensurate with the vast harm and economic damage they cause. What do you think the penalty should be? Choose all that you agree with.

40 years sounds about right.

First offense, 5 years then probation. Terms of probation are that the offender cannot send anything on any computer that might disrupt any computer.
Violate probation, and you do another 5 starting from the time you violate.

Second offense, 15 years, no early out, than after the 15 years, lifetime probation with an automatic additional 15 years each time they offend.

This poll is great and the answer options are even better! :rofl
