While you have a valid point there is something to be stated for understanding how people work.

Change is not something some adapt to readily. Cramming change in their face in ways that seem specifically designed to enflame doesn’t always help.

Folks are folks. We work how we work. It’s science, but it’s not rocket science. It’s sociology knowns I’m pointing out and predictable.

So if one wants results, there are ways and then there are ways that work better.
