You've gotten rid of most business regulations, so the corporation X can pretty much do what it wants, right? Actually it does not as there are uncountable variations of what can constitute a constitutional republic. It was back in the Gilded Age also where corporations held sway over government and the common man and that is the nightmare I am working hard to expose and prevent.

And in the Middle Ages, the world's greatest centers of learning were in the Middle East and in China. Many historians hold that the main reason for the rise of European whites was the power vacuum left by Genghis Khan when he and his descendants took over what is today all of Russia, most of China, and most of the Middle East...and destroyed many centers of great learning along the way.

Y'know, one thing that help you pull your head out of the ass of racist thought is a book called "Guns, Germs, and Steel" by Jared Diamond. It won the Pulitzer Prize. It describes in great detail how it's apparent that what made the difference in the rise and fall of very early civilizations was their access to certain foods and resources...and Africa and the Americas really got the short end of the stick.

But of course since that's a great book by a great historian who knows what the hell he's talking about, you must therefore ignore it and assume that he's a raving liberal just like nearly all climatologists and 90% of scientists throughout the world.

I never said they had a right to do so, did I? I'm trying to get you to delve into the details of how corporation X would be held accountable. Who would set the laws? Who would determine how much they're liable for? Who would set the rules for conduct in the court, as to who can sue, what can be admitted as evidence, and rules preventing conflict of interest? Who will represent the not-so-rich homeowners against the high-powered legal attorneys hired by corporation X?

And let's not forget, who's the judge? Is this in a state where corporation X was able to pump huge amounts of money into the campaign of that judge? If so, can that judge be forced to recuse himself from the trial?

And THEN you have to ask, are all the peoples' reports of damages rolled into one large suit, or will there be hundreds - or perhaps even thousands - of separate lawsuits? And how long can corporation X tie things up in that legal system before they have to pay one penny in restitution? Especially if they've bought the judge(s).

You see, guy, it's really nice to say that you can get along without our oh-so-tyrannical federal government...but when you dig down into the real details, you start realizing that oh, yeah, we DO need a heavy hitter on your side to go to bat for you...and nobody can provide a heavier hitter than the federal government.
