Palestinian civilians shot and killed Israeli civilians as well.

There is no perfect war. There are atrocities committed by individual units or soldiers on both sides. That doesn’t change the fact that Israel avoids civilian casualties whenever possible while Hamas uses civilians as leverage or shields. Pointing out rare examples doesn’t change that.

Who warns the enemy that a building will be attacked?????besides Israel that is? Who warns civilians to leave a certain town because it will soon be infiltrated by Israeli troops?
