Minnesota state representative admits she is in the US illegally during legislative debate
Rep. Kaohly Vang Her tells Minnesota lawmakers she's an undocumented immigrant who fled post-war Vietnam, explaining how her father at the US Consulate altered paperwork.
A Minnesota State lawmaker told her colleagues on Monday that she is in the U.S. illegally, as is her family, and have been since fleeing Vietnam after the Vietnam War.
Rep. Kaohly Vang Her attended a special session of the Minnesota Legislature convened by Gov. Tim Walz on Monday, where lawmakers were debating about modifying MinnesotaCare eligibility for undocumented adult immigrants.
While arguments were being made, Her used the opportunity to share the story of how she arrived in the U.S., telling her colleagues that she is an illegal immigrant.
Imagine having the Democrats declare that illegal immigrants cannot and do not participate in electoins, all while having an actual illegal immigrant fully elected and serving in Tim Walz's state of Minnesota.
Talk about confirming another "conspiracy theory" and proving what we all can see and know.
Democrats are against election integrity measures because they are busing registering and yes, ELECTING illegal immigrants.
Oh wait, she clarified she is actually a citizen. She got her illegally but did gain citizenship.

‘I’m a citizen,’ clarifies Minnesota Democrat after saying she came to the U.S. illegally • Minnesota Reformer
Rep. Kaohly Her, DFL-St. Paul, revealed a stunning detail about herself during a debate on the Minnesota House floor Monday: She came to the United States as a child illegally. “I am illegal in this country. My parents are illegal here in this country,” Her said. Her said she was trying to...

As always Democrats will define and label themselves in whatever manner drives the narrative as they wish and gives them the power they crave and want.

Minnesota Legislature votes to remove undocumented immigrant adults from state health program
The change was a sticking point during negotiations between Democrats and Republicans, for whom repealing that law was a top priority in the divided Legislature.

Nice theatrics but turns out Minnesota still stripped health care from illegal immigrants.
Legislature repeals MinnesotaCare for undocumented adults
Despite Democratic-Farmer-Labor control of the state Senate, the governor’s office, and half of the House, Republicans forced Democrats to roll back one of their signature accomplishments from the 2023 legislative session: health care for undocumented people. The Legislature passed a bill Monday...
The Legislature passed a bill Monday to repeal undocumented adults’ eligibility for MinnesotaCare, the state-subsidized health insurance program for the working poor. DFL House caucus leader Melissa Hortman joined Republicans in the House to pass the bill. In the Senate, DFL Sens. Grant Hauschild of Hermantown, Ann Rest of New Hope, Robert Kupec of Moorhead and Majority Leader Erin Murphy of St. Paul also voted for the bill.
Nice half measure. MAGA needs to makes sure no money goes to illegals.
