If my kid was going to miss out on an athletic scholarship because someone appeared to be cheating or had an unfair advantage, I'd speak to the governing body. Other than that, I'm in the MYODB camp.
 
If she transitioned during puberty then she was never male and lacks any male advantage because her body matured as female and not as a male.

It's like the Supreme Court. Established rules are established rules until they are not.
 

You can't tell male humans from female humans before puberty? We're going to get another dog in a week or two, and even though they are puppies I'm pretty confident we can pick out male or female of our choosing.

For that matter, I can tell a male from a female marijuana plant well before they are sexually mature.

What's ironic is Title IX, co-authored by a Democrat from Hawaii, is what helped lead to widespread women's sports teams getting funding. Do leftists really think this will win women over? Do they think straight white male Republicans are gonna be personally hurt by this?

Why did he have to transition? Plus, none of the articles I perused mentioned that. And I find it hard to believe that his mom went as far unleashing a surgeon the unwanted male appendages of a nine year old. He must also be resistant to testosterone suppression therapy given his wicked pitches.

My local dispensary neglected to advise me on that. But I have also heard some cannabis possess gender altering powers. A man inhaled once and ran around for three hours in a skirt.

That's not possible. Blocking the puberty of a boy cannot change them into a female. It just means she's a prepubescent boy with supplemental estrogen.
Are you really going to suggest reality has a right wing bias?

This just seems to be one of the places where this contentious subject favors the right wing. But what it seems like is they are trying to erase the differences between men and women. To try and suggest that the differences are cultural and not biological.

I base this evaluation on not coming up with new words or using the proper words to describe gender they actually just use the words to describe sex as interchangeable with gender while at the same time saying they're not the same thing. I think when they say they're not the same thing that's a ruse. Because they'll say that then go right to using the words regarding sex to mean and gender.

We've already had words for the gender associated with female that's feminine and masculine for male. Refusing to use those words and only using words incorrectly is designed to confuse.

There's a lot of cultural backing to this that they're trying to overturn. And cultural ideas about what a woman should be and what a man should be drive a lot of what people think the differences are. With regard to this I don't post modernist I don't think someone is less of a man if they do something or behave in a way that's feminine and same with the woman who behaves in a way that's masculine. When it comes to gender roles I'm libertarian.

But we aren't talking about roles we're talking about someone assuming a different identity. And one of the places where this is made superbly visible is with regards to sports. You can take a really low level make athlete and find them finishing in the top five of women's sports. One scam I've seen people pull with regard to this is they'll say that pointing this out means that you're saying women are lesser than men when it comes to performance and sports yes.

That doesn't mean they're lesser people. I'm terrible at golf I miss the ball completely with the club this doesn't mean I'm a worse person than tiger woods it means I'm not as good at golf as he is.

I'm not sure there's much paranoia that doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

Thinking men should play in women's sports it's just an opinion and everybody gets to have those.
 


Trying to make sense of it all is an uphill task. It's like a: let's start all over. They have come across what most will consider an aberration. But they decide its not an aberration. If it's not an aberration they take the next step: maybe we had it all wrong all this time. Studies are carried out. But studies on an initial misconception runs the risk of reinforcing that conception if the studies are not accompanied by the healthy skepticism that must always accompany scientific studies. You begin to see only what you wanna see. If the aberration is real then the sexual distribution of the population is not two distinct separations, but rather a fluid. A progressive erasure of the differences between men and women





It's a crazy conflict between two diverging efforts: legitimization of the trans and the integration of the trans into the group of choice.

On the one hand the trans must be demonstrated as real and different from what the trans appeared to be; and that is explainable only by positing gender as different from sex. It begins to sound almost like real and imaginary numbers in math. Complex numbers. Sex is the real part of the number, while gender is the imaginary part of the number. A pure cis is an individual whose imaginary portion of the complex number is zero. And a pure trans is an individual whose real portion of the complex number is zero. The pure cis and pure trans being the extremes. The in between being compex numbers with non zero real and imaginary.

But the trans don't want their own separate group. The fulfilment of transism is full integration into the group of choice. That means once the transman is in the female realm any intimation that he if not fully female must be suppressed. At this point you are verbally assaulted for any suggestion the transman is not fully a she.

You don't have to have 24" pythons if you're a boy past a certain age to be much better at physical agility than girls.

So I'm going to connect a video in this video there are three very physically fit women and I'm not talking the bikini models they're weightlifters. I would put them in the upper echelon of athletes for women. They got dominated by three average Joe's one of which is a couch potato.

This isn't to say men are better than women. A lot of ways women have advantages over men.

When you have some pretty good athletes facing off with a couch potato and almost couch potato and maybe a little less of a couch potato looks don't matter.
