Excuse me?Answer the question that wasn't even posed to her?
If you can't keep up with the conversation, then maybe you should just bow out.Would you say that as long as all the illegal immigrants and their disgusting parasite children (whether born citizens or not) are gone, you don’t care how it’s done?
Excuse me?
She was responding to THIS question:

Yet Josie interjected without answering the question. Just like you just interjected. Maybe YOU can answer the question. It's not that difficult.
She was responding to a question that was directed at another poster and pointing out how ****ed up the question was.
The question wasn't posed to her. It was posed to @nota bene.
Pay closer attention from now on so you don't make such foolish mistakes.

since when?I'm not interested in playing games. Would you like to debate the topic we're discussing or not?
Interesting. I guess I misunderstood the reports. I'll be curious to see the defense and ruling. To be clear, the agents were waiting outside the courtroom.
Don't be absurd. You know better. And he outran the ICE agents? He disappeared? He's still at large?
How is the potential prisoner's ability to outrun the ICE agents the judge's responsibility?
She absolutely could have pursued a legal path, and appealed to a federal judge, or supervisory agents. If she had a problem with them taking custody of the defendant, she could have sought assistance from federal judges who were already starting to rule against the use of the Alien Enemies Act. She would have been within her rights to do so.
that's your opinion. I completely disagree . However Holder's fascist seizure of journalists' phone records is a fact
5 grand juries agreed with the evidence presented against Trump. He weaseled out of 4 of them. You never know what can happen.Grand jury indicts Milwaukee County Judge Dugan; here's what we know
Dugan is accused of helping an undocumented man evade arrest and obstructing federal agents.www.fox6now.com
Guess the grand jury agreed with the evidence presented.

This arrest had nothing do with the alien enemies act. It likely would have happened under any president. Noting, the guy had already been deported, re-entered the country illegally, and flagged the ICE system for his arrest after beating his roommate and his girlfriend over loud music. I would hope we could all agree that this is the type of person we don't want in our country.
Her concern was he would face rendition to El Salvador's prisons. That's why I mentioned she should have taken it up with federal courts if that was her primary concern instead of taking matters into her own hands. I'm fine with deportation that follows the legal process. The renditions are what need to stop, and those are primarily occurring under the Alien Enemies Act.She absolutely could have pursued a legal path, and appealed to a federal judge, or supervisory agents.

Bull****ing shit. She “screwed up”? She endangered many with her “screw up”. No need to twist what she did, there are witnesses to what actually occurred. And they gave statements. And she has been indicted. As she should be. She can plead her case as others before her court have done.
Not a huge leap there.I predict that she won’t be returned to the bench.
I think the same of this indictment that I thought of all of Trump's indictments. So, what do you think of this indictment?
That was a non-issue in this case. No one even suggested he would go there, or even be deported before facing trial for his current crimes. Her concern was he would face rendition to El Salvador's prisons. The flip side of advocating for this person is that he was a defendant in her court. She's supposed to be a neutral judge of the facts in that case - not an advocate for the defendant. He literally had his attorney with him, who's there to protect his rights. She could have let the attorney know, and told him to let her staff know if he needed anything from HER court, then proceeded with the hearing as scheduled.
How so? By injecting herself in federal case for a defendant in her court?I suspect she was acting as an advocate for the independence of the court itself.
You are confusing enforcing immigration law and obstructing its enforcement with 'attack an outgroup scapegoat'.Intimidating judges to attack an outgroup scapegoat is right out the Nazi playbook.

That you appear to view the world in terms of 'outgroup' and 'ingroup' already demonstrates identify politics thinking.
If you frame your world view by identify politics thinking, that's all you'll ever see.

The courthouse had established a policy, and the agents were following it. They were bending over backwards to keep from impacting the proceeding in her courtroom. You MIGHT be able to make that case if the only piece was the tantrum in the hallway, but she went way beyond that. She even sacrificed the hearing in the case before her, at the expense of the prosecution and victims waiting.
That's silly. The feds injected themselves. They didn't have to. They could have arrested him before he entered the courthouse.
An interesting fabrication of yours.Yes, of course. We know. Racist conservative authoritarianism died with Adolf Hitler on April 30, 1945. And no one was fascist ever again after that.
