Why would a judge toss the case?I predict she won't be convicted. The only question is whether or not a judge tosses it out at some point, which is debatable. Grand juries evaluate whether there's enough evidence to go to trial, which is a broad standard.

She “screwed up”? She endangered many with her “screw up”. No need to twist what she did, there are witnesses to what actually occurred. And they gave statements. And she has been indicted.
