Mike- "hey Joe. I've turned down a dozen jobs in the last 59 wks because unemployment paid more. I finally got a job that pays enough so that I didn't have to sacrifice any luxuries. Thanks working tax payers.
Joe- Damn it Mike! I work my ass off trying to get a head in my business. I can't get a damn loan to expand and hire people, taxes are going to kill me and I have to spead my wealth to assholes like you!
Yea don't ya love the lengths the left stream media went to, to destroy a hard working American citizan? All the while ignoring the candidates back ground and associations. For a while there I thought Joe the Plumber was on the ticket. He was sure scrutinized more. Hell, they scrutinized him almost as much as they did Sarah Palin and all he did was ask if his taxes would go up if Obama won. That's Chicago politics for you.Joe: Besides, it's tough making any money when I don't have a license. LOL.

BTW- you are talking about a Mike the Mechanic that I saw on MSNBC aren't you? I found him and his wife both to be big whiners. Many people really are suffering in this economy. It was hard for me to feel sorry because they had to sell one of their cars before he was able to find just the right job.
Mike the Mechanic is lazy, and a political hack. Joe the Plumber is a political hack who was not really a plumber. I see through both of them. You only see through the one you want to see through.
Joe was a plumber. If I recall he was working under his boss's license and didn't actually have his own at that time. He was also behind on his taxes, Kind of like so many in congress only on a smaller scale. There was dirty crap going on in Ohio to get all this information and making a private citizans records available to the public. All the time IGNORING the man who was running for President. Don't dare embarrass Obama or he'll do his best to take you down.
Mike and the Mechanics had a couple o good songs.
OK, maybe I was mistaken.El wrongo. You must be registered to even work as a plumber's helper in Ohio. Joe is NOT registered, and has not even had apprenticeship training. And about what you call his boss' license?
Oops, his boss does not have a license either. Now I don't know about Ohio, but in Texas, we call that a fly-by-night company, and in Texas, that is a criminal act.
And about making records available to the public? In all states, license information is public domain. Nobody is making up stuff to crucify Joe. His situation is his own, and thus the responsibility for his breaking the law is also his own.
OK, maybe I was mistaken.
You didn't address the fact that Joe the not-a-plumber was aggressively investigated because of a question he asked Obama about taxes? Where were the investigations into the past of the one running for president? After all, he is the one who let it slip that he wanted to "spread the wealth around." The media distracted us from that fact by turning on a private citizan.
Was Joe investigated because of that, or was he investigated because he said he was a plumber, but people found out he did not have a license, or was he being investigated before he got his 5 minutes of fame? I can tell you this much - If I was a plumber with no license, I would not be broadcasting to the entire world that I was a plumber.
But I will give Joe this much - At least he liked working for a living, unlike Mike the Mechanic.
I feel bad for the country. We have a media that ignores a statement made by a presidential candidate in favor of going after a plumber/non-plumber who asked him a simple question.I honestly don't feel bad for the way Joe was treated towards the end of the campaign. He as a private citizen had the right to not go on the air and all those news stations, but he did so honestly most of the stuff he went through he deserved. And the same will be said for this Mike the Mechanic if follows the same route.
