Michigan Republicans Debunk Voter Fraud Claims in Unsparing Report

A committee led by Michigan Republicans on Wednesday published an extraordinary debunking of voter fraud claims in the state, delivering a comprehensive rebuke to a litany of accusations about improprieties in the 2020 election and its aftermath.

The 55-page report, produced by a Michigan State Senate committee of three Republicans and one Democrat, is a systematic rebuttal to an array of false claims about the election from supporters of former President Donald J. Trump. The authors focus overwhelmingly on Michigan, but they also expose lies perpetuated about the vote-counting process in Georgia.

The report is unsparing in its criticism of those who have promoted false theories about the election. It debunks claims from Trump allies including Mike Lindell, the chief executive of MyPillow; Rudolph W. Giuliani, the former president’s lawyer; and Mr. Trump himself.

This is from the Republicans.
I am surprised. It’s a good read.

Ooooooooops!
What are the Trump nitwits gonna do now?
Can he still be reinstated in August without Michigan?
🤣

Prove what they say is true.
I bet you can't.

Its all part of a deep, secret conspiracy. Impenetrable to mortals.

Trump's base has ways of dealing with republicans like this. I'm betting not one of them will survive their primary. They have just kissed their political careers goodbye.

Same thing they always do: not read the report, not believe anything that is contrary to what the cult leader says, and continue to try to destroy democracy and freedom.

They do not care about reports, audits, etc. The point is they know he didn’t win and they don’t care. They want what they want.

They are silly and stupid people, they need to leave.

There is life after politics and still ways for them to be engaged.

They will still try to pass laws suppressing the vote. Yeah, they are talking out of both sides of their collective mouth, but what can ya do?

And then those same folks who wrote that report turn around and want thirty something new voter laws put into place because of the voters concerns of election funny play. WTF? They debunk the bullcrap and then insert more bullcrap. The gop politicians are so afraid of their base it's unhealthy for the rest of us.

Maybe. I keep hoping for a schism in the Republican Party. It's possible that it's happening already. Most of the people who have left the party haven't joined the Democrats. They've remained independent. If they start to coalesce into a voting block, they may draw in conservative Democrats and other independents. Could it be more than a pipe dream? We'll see.

Fine. Trump's base is about 30% of the electorate with Democrats and Independents in the balance. What will happen is they'll replace a Republican who has won elections with a new right-wing candidate that won't attract enough support outside the base. They've done it before with the Witch Lady in Delaware and the 2nd Amendment remedies candidate in Nevada.

From your lips to God's ear, please.

Lots of detail here for ya, including some of your "evidence."
I've skimmed it. Looks like another whitewash attempt a la the Maricopa Board's two 'audits' that didn't look at a single ballot. The only thing close to an audit was Antrim County and key findings haven't been addressed - like deletion of data on 11/4 and excessive adjudication rates.

I expect responses from Lindell, Frank, DePerno and others (DePerno did a press release but not much depth to it). One of those on the front line is Patrick Colbeck, so if you are actually interested in getting to the truth, he would be one to watch...
