He was here legally.
ICE basically illegally abducted him and shipped him out of the country to a gulag that our criminal administration says is a one way ticket.

Well probably what they're upset about was that a legal immigrant was improperly deported to an El Salvador death prison without any due process and MAGAs seem intent on arguing that we should throw due process out the window.

If you don't understand this issue, then you need to take a government civics class. It has much less to do with Mr. Garcia as it does with following the constitution and rule of law. He just happens to be one that brings this to light. He has the same right here on American soil as you or I do. He can't just be kidnapped and rendered to life in a torture prison because he has a tattoo or some other weak ass reasons.

This is a test case. Trump want's this fight with the courts. If he prevails, imagine how much worse it could get in America.

I will continue to educate through shaming, these dregs of humanity.
Even though im sickened by their dedication to callus inhumanity, I still feel compelled to verbally shite down their necks.

From what I read he was not here legally. He just had a court order preventing him from being sent to El Salvador
 
One thing that Congress can do is stop the payment to El Salvador and prohibit further payments that support CECOT....and they can implement sanctions until Bukele gives up the information on Garcia and releases him....there is no smuggling him since the court ordered his return.

He been here for 6 years, came here at 16 yrs old, has been working, paying taxes, married to an American citizen with children and all he ever did was come across the border, a misdemeanor committed at age 16. He's entitled to the same rights you and I are. If you keep arguing this point, you're just proving your ignorance.

This was not an immigrant gang member.

Without due process, which is against constitutional law.
The Supreme Court ruled that he should be returned.
Are you lacking the intellectual capacity necessary to understand that?

It’s really not hard to imagine Garcia being on a plane within 24 hours if the felon told Bukele that El Salvador isn’t getting another penny until he’s returned.
