It's Boris Efimov's 1951 cartoon illustrating Wall Street allowing Nazism to escape through the division of Germany into East and West and American support for the Christian Democratic Party.

one for sure Marxism is a serious mental disorder

"As the Cold War heated up, Efimov turned to familiar themes in his cartoons. The division of Germany and American support for Konrad Adenauer’s Christian Democratic Party (and later the American decision to allow the Bundeswehr to form) were cast as “Wall Street” spinning a web that allowed Nazism to resurface. Carrying a suitcase branded with “plans for aggression,” a stereotypical top-hatted capitalist was mocked for the pretense behind his seeming friendliness: in this vision, smiles and handshakes masked the militaristic pursuit of American capitalism."

Plenty of Nazis managed to escape justice for years thanks to Western willingness to turn a blind eye

The US government turned a blind eye to thugs like Klaus Barbie slipping away for years. Canada hosted a large number of Ukrainian SS thugs who fled when their heroes in Berlin were crushed. The Mossad and various East Bloc security services were VERY busy hunting Nazi collaborators who the West sponsored in the name of “anti-communism”.

Nazis are anti communists.

Businesses in 1932 Germany where deathly afraid of a communist takeover. They saw what happened in Russia after the communists took over.

When Hitler told them he would stop the communists, they threw their power behind Hitler.

And Hitler did stop the German communist threat.

The hand of the proletariat slowly unfolds the net the Capitalist Nazi spider relies on.

It's in the picture really, not hard to see what the intention of this piece is.

Probably wrong about details. Could aslo be some puppet master controlling the Nazi- Capitalist spider. I think someone in an earlier post said it had to do with 50s German politics.

The Communists wasn't actually growing that much. They had grown a little due to the Great Depression but they still tailed well behind the SPD on the German left. And the well known fact that the SPD and KPD hated each other meant that everyone knew that a Left Wing block coming together in Germany was extremely unlikely. Heck they didn't really start to try before AFTER Hitler took power (mainly because the USSR told the KPD to work with the SPD for now), and even then it didn't amount to much because of mutual contempt. I just don't see a credible Communist threat to Germany in the early 30s, but they were used as bogeymen, and so were the SPD. To the Right they were both seen as a threat.

are trying to say that Koba DID NOT murdering millions upon millions of innocent people. ?

I’m saying trying to excuse working with your Nazi heroes by sobbing “but the communists” is moronic.

I'm not sure there was ever a lot of daylight between Hitler and Stalin from the standpoint of authoritarian inhumanity. They were both monsters supported by draconian regimes.
