Biden's pick for Secretary of Health, Dr. Levine is a transgender who was born a male and wanted to be a woman. So he/she has undergone at least hormone therapy. I have no idea if he/she has undergone surgery to alter the physical changes. But his/her DNA will never change from being male. So to claim there are really only two genders is truly following the science. Dr. Levine is a pediatrician. Today in his confirmation hearing he was asked about how he/she felt about children being given drugs that would halt the child from reaching puberty even without the parents' knowledge. He/she sidestepped the question. That is damn scary. The answer should have been unequivocally no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do not care what your political identity be, the overwhelming majority in this country would find it abhorrent to give children life altering drugs in determining his/her sex. We do not fully develop physically or mentally these days till we reach our 20's according to science.

Today the House passed the Equality Act. One thing of many that are outrageous is recognizing any person who desires to be identified the opposite of the gender they were born have a right to participate in school sports in the gender they want to be identified. This was a real blow to young woman in school/college that are athletes especially since it took the 20th century to highlight females in sports. Even though a male wants to be identified as a female, his muscle mass is much greater than a female so sports like track, basketball etc. They have an advantage. Because of this advantage they have the potential to rob females born females of receiving scholarships based on sports.

So why all this focus on gender? My opinion is if you erase gender you erase the nuclear family, a basic social unit. This kind of stuff is based in Marxism.

Anyone else noted that all the ranting is about male to female changes. Of course, we did recently read about actor Ellen Page transitioning and changing their name to Elliot but generally as in the previous post its all about those psychos beating up girls on the sports field or the pervs who want to use the ladies toilets.

Would you want these two guys pictured here to go into the Ladies - just because they were born as a female?

Pics like these get trotted out a lot in these debates.

There is no need to look like that. Many people who identify as transgender (which is considered an umbrella term) do not look like the stereotype of the opposite sex. There are plenty of people who identify as trans but do not wish to medically or surgically transition at all (particularly those under 30) and simply prefer to present themselves in a way that feels comfortable to them. There are many labels and presentations.

I completely agree with you that there is total ignorance on who Marx was and what his theories were. He is the new boogeyman for the RW.

Remember seeing an interview of that Jazz kid. Was talking about all the difficulties she was having with her bottom surgery. Several follow up surgeries were required. Lots of pain and still not yet complete. reporter was fawning over her strength and will, wondering where she could find such strength to endure. Jazz replied "I don't care as long as it works". Now she wasn't talking about her vagina giving birth or expelling her uterine lining once a month. No, little 17 year old Jazz only concern was whether it could take a dick. Many times it is only about sex.

It was totally about her being a woman and functioning like a woman. Does having a vagina and being able to have sex make her feel like a real women? Hell yeah, but not because she wants to get laid, because she wants to be as close to the woman she feels that she already is.

Democrats: It's dangerous to suggest people take hydroxychloroquine for covid because off-label use of medicine is anti-science and irresponsible.

Also Democrats: Children who identify as the opposite sex/gender should take off-label drugs, disagreeing is transphobic and bigotry.

What a bullying and nasty ****, Greene needs to be voted out of office and shouldn't be responsible for anything more than watching over a parking lot. Marie Newman did state that some moderate Republicans came to her defense and were disturbed by Greene's ****yness which I commend.
