The trial is over.

It took the jury 2 hours to find him guilty.

He will sentenced in May and the judge has allowed him to remain free under some conditions until his sentencing.

I would have sent him directly to jail to wait for the sentencing.

He is going to appeal.

Sounds to me like he's right, but that doesn't matter because he disrespected the government, (the worst thing anyone could ever do) therefore he doesn't deserve a fair trial.
