I’m not playing any profile games. You seem obsessed with comparing protestors to terrorists. That’s your misunderstanding, not mine.

So BLM "protestors" who loot and burn are NOT terrorists, but Trump's mob are.

Got it. You have standards to uphold. And they're all double.

Trump’s mob stormed our capitol in an attempted to kill duly elected representatives and overturn our democracy, installing Trump.

I guess you consider 9/11 a riot.

Oh, I think everyone who voted for Donald Trump is a traitor before the insurrrection. You have me mistaken for someone that doesn’t think of that base as garbage people.

Fair enough. I just don't want to ever see you complain about profiling.

No more obsessed than you comparing Christians to hypocrites...

I have no problem profiling terrorists. If a member of ISIS wants some attention and respect, I think it’s important to note this person is a member of ISIS.

It seems that Christians are obsessed with being hypocrites. Pro life = 400k dead from covid, dead kids on our southern border, the most drone attacks in recent history, etc.

none of that seems very christ like.

Yeah, John explained that years ago...Christians are not in charge, neither is God...1 John 5:19...

Oh, I don’t care about a single word in your fairy tale book. Means zero to me. Shrug.

Then you should not be talking about God or Christ nor Christians...you don't seem to be familiar with any of the subjects...

I am intimately familiar with Christian bullshit. I said I didn’t care, not that I’m not familiar.

And I get to talk about whatever I ilke. Free will!

MAN IS THE MEASURE OF ALL THINGS....

"A statement by the ancient Greek philosopher Protagoras. It is usually interpreted to mean that the individual human being, rather than a god or an unchanging moral law, is the ultimate source of value."

And thus we see that the statement by Protagorus coiled easily be the motto for Humanists since it does indeed reject the claim that it is a God who controls human actions on Earth rather than the humans themselves.

Unlike being obsessed with ALL Trump supporters.
Eventually Saturday Morning Cartoons kick-in.
Starting tomorrow at around noon'ish.
Where Biden is already and set to immediately use around
17 Executive orders.
I don't tink that Bugs or Daffy or The Roadrunner had it so easy
peasy ... lemon squeasy.

Religion does not teach or inform that God controls human actions. In fact, just the
opposite. If you actually took a Theology class you would know that God gave man
Free Will.Of all the creatures on earth only Humans possess a Free Will.
If anything God does not ask the impossible.Like Them Democrats.

How did a political discussion sneak into a belief and skepticism forum? I’m lost.

You are not lost...those who replace faith for politics are the ones who are lost...

Free Will knows no bounds.I believe that Jesus Christ was considered
Historically as a " Radical ". Arrested on that basis.Tried and nailed
to a cross.
Most earthlings have beliefs { plural } it is what seperates us from the
animal kingdom. Not our Pets since they are God's gift to humanity.

incredible should have been so believed. "

I don't suppose you are familiar with the term - The Lost Generation -.
It developed after WWI and was marked by what psychologists' determined
was a feeling of disorientation,wandering,directionless " as if " Lost "
It effected an entire generation of people entering adulthood.
An Ironic sense of losing what their parents worked diligently to instill.
That being strong moral and social values which they now considered " irrelevant ".
You know like today's youth. Thus enabling the decade of The Roaring 20's.
Conversely this Lost Generation period also produced some of the best known
and appreciated writers in our History.,Like :
Ernest Hemingway
T.S. Eliot
F.Scott Fitzgerald
Gertrude Stein { who coined the term }
plus *Ezra Pound { A complicated little Fascist poet }
and The always inebriated Dorothy Parker .

Keeping in mind the words of Boris Pasternak
" Man is born to live and not prepare to live ." { Doctor Zhivago } 1958

* " Any man who could live in America is insane "
{ To Judge at Treason trial }

I don't suppose you are familiar with Jesus' words regarding his kingdom...

"Jesus answered: “My Kingdom is no part of this world. If my Kingdom were part of this world, my attendants would have fought that I should not be handed over to the Jews. But as it is, my Kingdom is not from this source.” John 18:36

Or regarding his followers...

"They are no part of the world, just as I am no part of the world." John 17:16
