The Santa protestor arrested by Cleburne police Saturday on a criminal trespass charge bonded out the next day, according to court records.

Police charged Aaron Urbanski, 31, of Joshua, with Class B criminal trespass, which is punishable by a jail term not to exceed 180 days and a fine not to exceed $2,000.
