Partisan in nature? Didn't know the republicans owned conservatism exclusively and democrats liberal exclusively. Now this is a false assumption by many. Both parties have their centrists and moderates so now how exactly does posting information as I see news that comes up in the news cycle? Again its a failure of an assumption to think an ideology belongs to one party or the other.

If you're thinking partisan look at Rev or Apbst if you want the other side look at the actual liberals on this forum. Thus far Rev has asked me to condemn the unions and I did for their activity at the town halls throwing people out and going to a meeting where they arent from the district. I condemned the democrats for booing bush at the state of the union. Now rev doesn't condemn both sides I actually have. So if he wants to continue pushing his opinion and not debate the topic he should announce it instead of just coming in every topic I'm in to try to personal attack me based on his own opinion.

You're right, my bad, it's often centrists start inane topics like this about right wingers, threads about people in wheel chairs getting yelled at by town hall protestors, and blog on Obama's activism website.... :roll:

Right wingers? Actually republicans you make the assumption all republicans must be conservatives. A woman getting yelled at in a town hall meeting isn't a partisan issue. I am not necessarily buying that. Years ago I worked for a large plaintiffs law firm and all the medical malpractice cases they ever were involved in were at the state level.

Even the Heritage Institute said the same thing:

Since the problems of medical malpractice are problems of state law, solutions must rest ultimately in changes in state law. The states remain the best laboratories for tort reform, particularly for medical malpractice claims that involve parties only from within a given state. Congress should strongly encourage states to reform their destructive medical malpractice system in ways that are consistent with the constitutional principle of federalism.

There's nothing rabid about the discussion except with what you're doing. Again regarding the New Jersey town hall you keep leaving out the bit where my complaint was that they were attacking people who were even on their own side because they sounded intellectual you keep skipping over that part. You know the part where they had no idea who they were even shouting down.

Are you going to debate the topic or continue flaming?
