Cheney teased a possible White House bid after conceding the congressional primary race to Trump-backed candidate Harriet Hageman.

In her final remarks following the election results, Cheney said that, "now the real work begins," stating that Abraham Lincoln lost congressional races before being elected President.

"The great and original champion of our party Abraham Lincoln was defeated in elections for the Senate and the House before he won the most important election of all," Cheney said in her speech.

President Cheney? Republicans hate her, Democrats will vote for the Democrat. Who is she kidding?

She got embarrassed. A real thrashing. Plenty of room in the clown cars of CNN or MsNBC.
 
What I think her plan is, it's to go after Trump one last time, and run as a third party candidate, with the sole purpose of stopping Trump from winning another election.

Quoting Lincoln was lame.
 
I wish Cheney would have yanked everyone's chain and come out and said she would not concede because the election was stolen, ballot boxes stuffed by mules, 10.000 dead people voted, and Hageman was born in Brazil.
 
You know what Cheney will end up doing, she's run third party and siphon off Democrat votes.
 
I'm pretty sure Lincoln was not too keen on Socialism. So, Democrats, no.

That would be an even dumber move than her recent career ending catasthrophies.

Look if she decides to run as an independent she'll only help Trump. Think of it like this:

Democrat candidate hates Trump. Cheney as an independent hates Trump. Republicans favor Trump.
So you have two Trump hating contenders vying & dividing the hate Trump vote. Trump wins in a landslide as
Cheney takes a small portion of the Trump hate vote away from the Democrat candidate who needs them to win!
