Little Elian Gonzalez was deported to Cuba WITHOUT DUE PROCESS - The Socialist Demon Rats cheered Slick Willy on (1 Viewer)

Minors can’t make decisions on their own and the child’s only parent is his father in Cuba. He rightfully deserves primary custody since the mother is dead.

Is the father convicted of physical abuse or other that would disqualify him?
The Dade County Florida Court gave custody to his Miami relatives

At the time Elian had the rights to the property given by the US Congress pursuant to of the United States Cuban Adjustment Act of 1966.

Again, the federal government has jurisdiction on immigration matters, not state judges.

Well put, sir.

The Mother left him the right to live in a free country
Probate matters are left to state Courts
A Dade County Judge gave his relatives in Miami custody.
What free country? They weren't heading to Canada.

I was referring to CUSTODY MATTERS - the state judge granted custody to his miami family.
Temporary custody.....and then the family REFUSED to give him up. I thought you said you lived in that area of Florida at that time. Don't you know facts?

HOW DID INS DETERMINE THAT >>>>>>>THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD <<<<< WAS TO BE RETURNED TO THE FATHER?????????????

The Mother left him the right to live in a free country

Interesting...where's that citation? Never heard of that.

I wonder if I can leave my kid the right to live in Italy?

And why cant the Mexican mothers coming across the US border "leave their kids a right to live in a free country?"

OMG you are hilarious...I can see these movies are going to be comedies!

Probate matters are left to state Courts

It's not probate, it's custody. But feel free to cite something that proves your claim. Make sure it's funny too.

A Dade County Judge gave his relatives in Miami custody.

So...that sounds like due process, doesnt it? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Almost Oscar material! 🏆

Doesn’t matter on custody, when the federal government decides who can enter the country. It was determined by the federal government to send him back to his father in Cuba. State judges have no say on federal matters.

1- HIS MOTHER died in the process of bringing him to a FREE COUNTRY - Do mothers have less rights?
2= Communist States are SLAVE STATES - His mother stated GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH
3-
NO EVIDENCE of a due process hearing has been provided - allegations are not evidence
4- Since his father was under Fidel's control at all times we did not know what's his true feelings were
5- The Socialist Demon Rats want to usher Marxism into our Country - I assure you that they are in for a rude awakening.
You need to relax, brother.
I can see the veins poping out of your neck through cyberspace.
It's not pretty.

So, first... turn off the OAN
Now, take a slow deep breath....
Now hold it....
And
Exhale.....
Again
Slow deep breath
Hold it.....
And
Let it out...

Now, don't you feel better?

Doesnt matter...the biological father wanted him...and even in US custody courts, they choose the biological parents unless there's a criminal, etc background.

I would just like to say that for the record, while I don’t like the Democrats’ hypocrisy on the immigration issue, I believe that AG Janet Reno did the right thing in the Gonzalez case. Because the mother was dead, the father should have had custody. People may not know this, but Castro offered Mr. G. the chance to join his son in Miami, but he chose to stay in Cuba. And if he wanted his son to be with him, then it was right for the U.S. government to send Elian back to Cuba. The federals could have probably handled things better than they did, but they weren’t in the wrong to deport him. Personally, I would have rather seen Elian stay if he had wanted to, but then I’m not his father.

Because Demon Rat DA Janet Reno hated Cubans who voted Republican !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AGAIN

either children have Constitutional Rights that precede parental rights

or

A Court must determine what was best for the child - that question is typically answered by STATE COURTS

And all of a sudden, he's had to admit Elian had due process. Ha, how about that?

Now he's trying to ignore the fact that the US gave the father the choice to join his son here (post 164)...free of Castro, free of communism, free...and he chose no.

Poor OP is runnin' on fumes. But maybe there's a sequel in it for him! 😆

I'm still chuckling over his little joke about the US being free.

BULLFEATHERS

U.S. Border Patrol Deputy chief Mike Sheehy said Elián and the two other survivors "would be offered the opportunity to reside here in the United States.
>>>>>>>There is no provision to remove Cuban nationals to Cuba.<<<<<<<<

But the Socialist Demon Rats Janet Reno and Slick Willy were looking for a GD pretext to grandstand for Fidel Castro !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't pop a vein.....we get it, you don't believe in fathers' rights.

I get it , you don't believe that Cubans who are anti-communist and tend to vote Republican should be allowed to remain in our country
