None of these examples are identity politics, at least not as practiced by the left.

The setting of one group of people against another group of people in order to divide and conquer, gain political advantage.
The grouping of people into victims and oppressors (always with an overly broad brush) in order to gin up faux rage for political advantage.

Pretty sure that it may have been Axelrod which brought the 'identity politics' term into play on the national political stage, so clearly, the activity he was describing already existed prior to that.

I did. I found it insufficiently detailed and biased (as you'd expect from one of the Dem's MSM propaganda organs)

This made me look further, finding a the NPR article which was greater in detail, and more unbiased, included a report from the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and also including the author's conclusion, which you don't like.

Since all that doesn't support your demanded political narrative, you completely ignore it. Well, you do you.

I brought that up because YOU led the discussion to pre-Trump, in your effort to excuse him from any responsibility for the ugliness of our politics, and the division he sows among citizens.

The left instigated this ugliness, baseless accusations of bigotry, racism, etc. etc. etc. for years and years, and those being smeared have simply had enough, and are now, finally, pushing back and given the left a dose of their own medicine, and now the left whines about it.

This is one of the reasons why Trump's popularity escapes the left, as they feel completely justified in their ugliness and refuse to take any responsibility for even any part of it

Sorry, but no sympathy. The left is reaping the seeds they've sown, and sown for many years.

Maybe, with the passing of some time, perhaps pulling up the airplane from this nose dive will be possible. We'll have to see.

There are many Women who have climbed the ladder of success all on their own and they are the ones who deserve respect for their all of their accomplishments .
There are some women who brag about their accomplishments who are currently still sitting on the first rung of the ladder 🪜 of success.
Guess who I think is the braggart 🤥who is currently still sitting on that first rung with no real movement on her own up that ladder 🪜 of success?

Not in my mind. Totally different comparison. Turkey crossed the border of Syria.

I think, the better comparison is the Biden/Harris administration stupidity of deliberately allowing multiple “Newcomers” from many Countries crossings over The United States of America borders. imho
