Is it possible less than 20% of them are undocumented immigrants?

DHS is seeking more than 600 migrants for possible ties to Venezuelan gang​


But upon further reading:

"Roughly 100 of the 600 migrants DHS has deemed “subjects of interest” were confirmed members of the gang..."

The biggest criminal gang in the United States I am worried about right now which is involved in violence, human trafficking and child exploitation for profit is the Republican Party.
 
We can't trust a damn thing coming out of this administration. The evil idiot in chief can't tell the difference between a real tattoo and a photo edited with Microsoft Paint.

Criminals are in gangs (aka organized crime). As for how many? The answer is simple: too many. Most see arresting as many criminals as possible as a necessary function of government. The best part about foreign national criminals (whether in gangs or not) is they can (and should) be deported which is less expensive than keeping them incarcerated here.

Just going by the headline, The number of people in gangs is pretty huge, I know at one time gangs numbered more members than police in the US, I am not sure if that is still true.

Gangs are worth paying attention to, they cause some of the worst problems when it comes to violence and crime in the US.
 
Lots of gangs come up because of protection needs. Prison gangs provide a sort of protection but they also feed into a system of relentless abuse and violence. Same with the bloods and the crips.

Trump's constant rhetoric is about illegals in gangs. This doesn't seem to be the case,
