Tender, swollen breasts
Fatigue
Bleeding and cramping
Nausea and heightened sense of smell
Food aversions and cravings
Frequent urination
Bloating
Back Pain
Mood Swings

That isn't even a good list, so really, come the hell on.

I'm glad you posted this. My mother was one of those who didn't miss periods until her second trimester, but there are so many other indications that you're pregnant.

you cant have it both ways. you cant argue it is wrong to have forced gestation like it is some kind of torture. then make the argument a women doesn't even know she is pregnant how could it be torture if you don't even know it is happening

what you want is a free ticket you want to have sex with out having to worry with the responsibility of having a child that can follow for having sex

it goes the same with the welfare mom they don't worry about the responsibility for having children because the tax payer will support them

If there is never any personal responsibility for poor and wrong decision there is no reason not to make them

there was a reason why men and women was told to wait till they are married to have sex because it wasn't because the people who told them that was prudes and religious nuts it was to make sure the child that can result form having sex would be able to be taken care of

Tender breasts can happen as part of the normal cycle when you are ovulating, that is not exclusive to pregnancy. Fatigue is also normal to experience right before a period, or if you are low in iron, under a lot of stress or otherwise anemic due to low iron. Bleeding and cramping happen with monthly periods.

Not all women experience morning sickness, I didn't with my second pregnancy and with my first, it didn't happen until the second trimester. I also didn't have any food cravings or aversions until much later in my pregnancies.

Bloating, back pain, and mood swings happen during your normal monthly cycle as well.

There is also something called Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder that some women experience that can cause some of these symptoms. Most who suffer with those symptoms are prescribed birth control to help alleviate symptoms, but would mask pregnancy cues.

The symptoms of PMDD are similar to those of PMS. However, they are generally more severe and debilitating and include a least one mood-related symptom. Symptoms occur during the week just before menstrual bleeding and usually improve within a few days after the period starts.

Five or more of the following symptoms must be present to diagnose PMDD, including one mood-related symptom:

No interest in daily activities and relationships
Fatigue or low energy
Feeling of sadness or hopelessness, possible suicidal thoughts
Feelings of tension or anxiety
Feeling out of control
Food cravings or binge eating
Mood swings with periods of crying
Panic attacks
Irritability or anger that affects other people
Physical symptoms, such as bloating, breast tenderness, headaches, and joint or muscle pain
Problems sleeping
Trouble concentrating

No the point was made that some women do not realize they are pregnant until they are between 2 and 3 months pregnant. Pregnancy lasts 9 months and does all kinds of things to your body.

Having the option to abort is not a "free ticket" from responsibility or as another user stated, then you should consider putting it up for adoption as an escape from responsibility. Sometimes pregnancy occurs despite vigilance and proactive behavior to avoid it. Sex is not only for procreation, or in a marriage you would only expect to have sex a few times in your years of marriage.

Research has shown that people who delay marriage until they've completed their education and are financially stable, get married and stay married and raise a stable family. No one can reasonably expect anyone to wait until their late 20s, early 30s to have sex. That's just silliness.

Birth control pills or a normal cycle can cause tender , swollen breasts,
Fatigue can be caused by multiple things
Bleeding and or cramping ...last time I checked bleeding and or cramping also happens when a woman has a period
25 percent of pregnant women with healthy pregnancies do not experience nausea.
Heightened sence smell? Right...unless a person has nausea they would notice a heightened sence of smell.
Back pain and mood swings are also signs that a woman's period might be just around the corner.

And you are correct...your list is not a good list.

Yes, there are women who no idea they are pregnant until they are in labor.
I read that it happens to about 1 in 600 women.

But why would you want to kill it? The mother and father need to take responsibility for their actions. Now when it comes to rape I understand that the person who commited that horrible crime won't take responsibility, so other actions could take place. But if it was consensual between the two then they can't run away from the problem. No need to kill a defenceless life.

What I was referring to was bleeding before you'd expect your period (around five to ten days after conception) could be a sign that an embryo has implanted itself into the uterine wall.

And you poor, misinformed guy, as has been stated several times already, when you have an irregular period, that means that you don't bleed on a regular cycle, which means sometimes you skip, sometimes you bleed in between periods. So while that might be a "sign" it doesn't mean that a woman will know immediately that she's pregnant. ESPECIALLY if she's been diligently using the birth control method of her choice.
