It seems the GOP has already prepped for court challenges in every swing state, even going so far as to create boilerplate briefs for presenting in court. All they have to do is fill in a few blanks where they need specifics like time and locations. They have no intention of accepting the coming defeat. They will be in front of judges literally within hours after the winner is declared.

Just remember this: Kamala Harris will be counting the electoral ballots in January. According to Trump himself, she can accept or reject whatever ballots she wants.

Which is the other side of the coin of the Democrat's failure; the least exciting policy platform of all time. They are so scared of promising any kind of bold or clear vision of the future. The best they can conjure up is a incremental continuation of Biden's platform.
