LAPD DELIBERATELY shoots an Aussie Reporter with a rubber bullet

Except she wasn't, unless one considers the entire perimeter "the line of fire". It also doesn't address why the officer shot her specifically.

When one is standing in front of police officers facing the rioters, that’s in the line of fire. At the very least, on the side walk or better yet, behind the police officers.

No. Immigration laws are federal laws. Federal laws are enforced by federal agencies. States & cities deal with enforcing their own laws.

ICE asks for local government to help them do their job. Some say "sure" and some say "no way". All legal. All law following.

Yet, we have judges helping illegal immigrants escape law enforcement.

I understand that Trump’s propaganda claims that we were just living under anarchy with Biden, but that is a delusional take and we are going to *actual* fascism now.

Cool. In the meantime, my point stands. Either Liberals enforce the law and ensure public order, or people will turn to authoritarians who will.

We've spent decades eating through various Seed Corn stores - whether it's the trustworthiness of institutions, or our public finances, or public trust to do things like enforce immigration law..... and we are now in (and going deeper into) the "Find Out" stage of that process.

At the end, you see the ****ing worthless pig DELIBERATELY aim and fire.
If so much as one word of this is true, that cop needs to be terminated on the spot and face charges for assault with a deadly weapon.

The LAPD needs to face a MASSIVE lawsuit.

Just gonna plow ahead with this crap huh..
Just gonna ignore the fact the cop were not doing anything but standing in a line.

The law was being enforced, we always had laws. The difference now is that Trump is taking away our civil liberties, and you are defending him in that.

Yup - that was a stupid (and wrong) shooting. That officer needs to be ID'd and charged appropriately.

It is possible to believe both that it is wrong for mobs to attack people and that it is wrong for law enforcement to casually engage in escalated violence against the non-violent. This isn't some kind of stupid, zero-sum situation where the bad deed of one actor means another gets a freebie.

It was wrong for Jan 6 rioters to attack and injure police (and threaten others), and it is wrong for LA rioters to attack and injure police (and others). Again, this is something that is possible for us to believe and say, as we are not - actually - required to adhere to stupider forms of tribalism where wHEn mY tEaM dOEs iT iTs DiFFruNt.
And this makes it worse

Noone said the cop was a good shot or the rubber bullet is accurate.
Ok...

But someone said that the bullet hit someone in the head...

And it didn't... that person posted lies.

There is no WTF. Disagree with their reasons all you like, but they had a grievance with the government and they took it to the government. Unlike the lunatic anarchists in LA and elsewhere who pillage, rape, and murder indiscriminately when they have a beef with the government.
lol

The mental gymnastics you have to do to pretend that this is amazing.

MAGA violent mob, a OK

Leftist violent mob, bad

lol

We don’t know the context of the threat that the officer may have faced in which he fired.

🤣

It really is a shame that they cops didn't kill more MAGAs on January 6th.

The world would be so much better off.

Lol..hold on...lololololololololololololololol

You've actually insulted my intelligence with how stupid and lazy this answer is.

The camera ****ing pans around the other way and you can literally see what's going on.

Just stop this is embarrassing bad how much you arguments are in bad faith.

Escape law enforcement? Law enforcement only can arrest they aren’t able to determine guilt or innocence that is up to the judge or jury

You’re telling us something we already know. The arrest usually comes first.

The camera pans after the fact. It doesn’t give us context to what happened before the officer fired. We would need a camera angle toward the rioters before/during the incident.

🤣

There was no threat. We can all see the video.

But your authoritarian bootlicking is noted for the record.

We only had video towards the policemen, not what may of happened on the rioters side. Remember what happened during the Covington kids incident? We only had one camera view the news wanted us to see without context to what really happened.

If we assume that the officer intentionally shot the reporter in the leg, then what? You can't blame Trump for what the LAPD officer did. That would fall on the Mayor of LA who would have authorized the use of non-lethal force, and who cheered on and helped direct these mobs to ICE facilities and raid locations.

Also, side note, being a reporter is good and noble and brave, but don't stand between the police and a rock throwing mob. You can get the same story while standing out of the line of fire.
