Never down played and condemned such behavior if you ever cared to read what I wrote. However I am going according to the laws of Kentucky on why they were not arrested.

Ha! Some, always the same some, are in it to play up, embellish, and condemn what you've written without actually giving the reader or you the benefit of showing their proof.

Just the mere mention of the laws in KY. must mean you're for them according to the same some I mentioned above. Sea lions are gonna' sea lion.

It is true that there are no brandishing of weapons laws, but that doesn't mean there shouldn't be. I would suspect that this is why the cops could not arrest the brandisher.

I don't see how 'sticking up for' civil rights has anything to do with any group.
Everyone in the US has civil rights, and no one's civil rights should be violated.

Having watched the video, I've already posted the man who brandished a firearm ought to be charged with that.

The term 'brandishing' immediately invokes waving a gun around. This is not what this guy did.

But the legal definition is cited earlier in the thread, which applied to his actions.
