kkk Members in Kentucky Pull Gun on LGBTQ+ Activists — Police Let Them Go

Video shown them pointing the gun at the ground, not at someone. That's not violence.
Okay. So it was just brandishing of the weapon.

To convey what point, do you think? Don't touch me?

That's all?

More like to threaten some Gays for the crime of existing.
As they would happily tell you, behind closed doors. Ya know, what they would do to the gays, if they had a chance. The man holds them down.

Nope. All 3 of showed up here with your bare asses hanging out, desperate to downplay the incident.

Never down played and condemned such behavior if you ever cared to read what I wrote. However I am going according to the laws of Kentucky on why they were not arrested.

The picture is a fact.

Sorry, but you've just got to deal with it.

These are the assholes you're defending.

So the apologists aren't going to watch this. And if they did, they wouldn't care.

Because this is the America they want. Bigoted, stupid, and violent.

Ha! Some, always the same some, are in it to play up, embellish, and condemn what you've written without actually giving the reader or you the benefit of showing their proof.

Just the mere mention of the laws in KY. must mean you're for them according to the same some I mentioned above. Sea lions are gonna' sea lion.

It is true that there are no brandishing of weapons laws, but that doesn't mean there shouldn't be. I would suspect that this is why the cops could not arrest the brandisher.

Is there a credible source for this story?

You, Eornberger, and Linux.
I don't see how 'sticking up for' civil rights has anything to do with any group.
Everyone in the US has civil rights, and no one's civil rights should be violated.

Having watched the video, I've already posted the man who brandished a firearm ought to be charged with that.
Is this your definition of 'sticking up for him'?

You do talk some rubbish.

I've already mentioned there probably should be some type of brandishing law.

I know you did. :) It wasn't you, Eohrnberger or me who stood with the guy who brandished his gun despite what utter trash a couple of lying posters wrote.

The term 'brandishing' immediately invokes waving a gun around. This is not what this guy did.

But the legal definition is cited earlier in the thread, which applied to his actions.
