Ahh yes, due process...accomplishes nothingGreat. Xinis will get the case and she will, in her authority as some judge, grant him citizenship ad expunge his record. DoJ will appeal and everything she did will be tossed. Garcia, if we can still find him, will be rounded up and deported again but at least all the liberals will be happy that they accomplished nothing in all of this.
SCOTUS disagreesRemoval is removal. He was subject to expedited removal based on gang affiliation and that issue was addressed by TWO courts. He had all the due process he was entitled to under an administrative action. All the left wingers wanted this to be treated as a criminal action and now they are getting exactly what they asked for. Congratulations!
True LAWFARE in action!I don't know how they can prove he knew he was carrying undocumented immigrants, but I doubt the government cares. Trump just wants to torment him.
Here's all the documentation regarding the due process this knucklehead received - https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/24/24A949/354843/20250407103341248_Kristi Noem application.pdf
One regular hearing. One appeal and a removal order that prohibited removal to Guatemala, not El Salvador.
Now, because Xinis thinks she's the ultimate authority in government, he gets to come back here to get a criminal trial too
. When he's found guilty
all the removal stuff will STILL apply and he'll still end up deported. That's one heck of a "win" for ya!
Indictment alleges he took ~100 trips over the last decade. Hard to believe he wouldn't have known the 500-1000 ppl were illegal. Either way, due process is needed & a right to habeas corpusI don't know how they can prove he knew he was carrying undocumented immigrants, but I doubt the government cares. Trump just wants to torment him.
And when asked about this directly, Bondi's side-kick denied today's events having anything to do with the court order or satisfying it, claiming their lawyers are litigating the order.
This is a case of watch what you ask for.
Hopefully he will be worse off after the trial.
The allegations state that Abrego Garcia worked with a co-conspirator (referred to as CC-1) to pick up undocumented migrants in the Houston, Texas area after they crossed the U.S.-Mexico border, transporting them to other U.S. locations for profit. The indictment also mentions dangerous conditions in these operations, referencing a 2021 incident involving a co-conspirator where 50 migrants died in a tractor-trailer accident in Mexico. Additionally, it claims Abrego Garcia and others controlled migrants’ cell phones to prevent communication during transport
- Conspiracy to unlawfully transport illegal aliens for financial gain: The indictment alleges that from 2016 through 2025, Abrego Garcia, along with co-conspirators, participated in a yearslong scheme to transport thousands of undocumented migrants, including some MS-13 members, from Texas to various parts of the United States. It claims he made over 100 such trips, often using false cover stories (e.g., claiming migrants were construction workers) to evade law enforcement.
- Unlawful transportation of illegal aliens for financial gain: Specifically tied to a November 2022 traffic stop in Tennessee, where Abrego Garcia was pulled over for speeding on Interstate 40 with nine Hispanic male passengers, none carrying identification or luggage. The indictment suggests this was part of a broader smuggling operation.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a deported El Salvadoran man—also known as the "Maryland Father" by leftist corporate media —whom Democrats rushed to defend, is now headed back to the U.S. to face federal charges for allegedly running a human trafficking operation. He was previously accused of gang affiliation in a 2018 sworn affidavit and suspected of human trafficker in 2022.
ABC News cites multiple sources that say the El Salvadoran man has left the CECOT mega-prison in El Salvador via law enforcement after a federal grand jury indicted him for allegedly transporting illegal aliens from Texas into the Heartland.
MAGA takes indictments at their word!Oh, he will be. Below is a list of his charges. He's in deep-doo.
The indictment against Kilmar Abrego Garcia was filed under seal in federal court in the Middle District of Tennessee on May 21, 2025, and unsealed on June 6, 2025. It includes two criminal counts:

Your error is thinking this is about this one particular man. This is about adherence to the law and the Constitution. No one, not even the president, should be able to circumvent the Constitution he's sworn to uphold. The Trump administration has violated the laws of our land. That's the issue and "our" problem with the treatment of Mr. Garcia. The fact that you and your ilk still don't get that is astonishing to me.He wasn't being prosecuted for human trafficking before. He was simply being removed because he was here illegally. You all wanted him back so he could get "due process" and now he's going to get that due process in a criminal hearing. Ask and you shall receive!
Allegations equals info? LolMore info on the loser

You’re just telling us that you don’t care if we paid for him to die in an El Salvadorian death camp.Great.
I guess the lover’s quarrel wasn’t enough for Trump’s narcissistic supply.I guess this counts as facilitateing.

Critical thinking is difficult for MAGAYour error is thinking this is about this one particular man. This is about adherence to the law and the Constitution. He got all that. The left wingers couldn't wrap their heads around the difference between an administrative process and a criminal process. They DEMANDED that KAG get criminal due process and now that's exactly what he and they are getting. Congratulations.Nothing?
Granted, Habeas Corpus, Due Process, and Trial By Jury, mean nothing to MAGA. But some of us see great import in them.
From the article
He is the only one they found? If it was such a huge operation over that many years, why don't they have others?
Under Trump's Doj you might be right. My guess is this clown will not last long in gen pop.
.....from suspended corrupt cops, no less.Evidence of guilt is for pikers! MAGTS et al only need accusations of guilt
Didn't Gov Abbot of TX do the exact same thing Garcia is alleged to have done? There are others; co-conspirators. Read the indictment.
Come on man..... Why are you not rejoicing and basking in the light of due process? So Trump & El Salvador POTUS lied about not being able to do anything
Trump finally obeyed the ConstitutionHe got all that. The left wingers couldn't wrap their heads around the difference between an administrative process and a criminal process. They DEMANDED that KAG get criminal due process and now that's exactly what he and they are getting. Congratulations.
