Kilmar Abrego Garcia on way back to US to face criminal charges: Sources

So, just like President Felon Donald Trump, Garcia is going to get "due process" and his "day in court" as it should have been right off the start!

This is good.

Wonder how much money KING MAGAT cost the American people with his attempts to deny Garcia his due process?

If he's convicted, I wonder if he'll be sent back or they'll be forced to find a different foreign prison due to the original restrictions on deportation. It may depend on whether they can determine he's MS-13 too.

At least he'll get a chance to present a case against all charges and see what, if anything, sticks.

Great. Xinis will get the case and she will, in her authority as some judge, grant him citizenship ad expunge his record. DoJ will appeal and everything she did will be tossed. Garcia, if we can still find him, will be rounded up and deported again but at least all the liberals will be happy that they accomplished nothing in all of this.

Considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Fair distinction, though I wish Trump supporters would view it that way with all illegal immigrants and degree of punishment, whether in a court of law or not.

You need to be careful, carrying all that bile around can be harmful…

Nothing?

Accomplishing "due process" under our Constitution, as it should be, well that used to be considered something big to my former fellow Republicans and others on the Right.

I am sorry to see those are days gone away!

Here's all the documentation regarding the due process this knucklehead received - https://www.supremecourt.gov/Docket...20250407103341248_Kristi Noem application.pdf

One regular hearing. One appeal and a removal order that prohibited removal to Guatemala, not El Salvador.

Now, because Xinis thinks she's the ultimate authority in government, he gets to come back here to get a criminal trial too. When he's found guilty all the removal stuff will STILL apply and he'll still end up deported. That's one heck of a "win" for ya!

No criminal charges or gang affiliations were definitively proven in any of those hearings. Which specific ruling do you feel justified a CECOT expulsion?

And you will have deported a citizen's husband and father. Nice going.

I guess this counts as facilitateing.

So they're going to keep concocting charges until they can find something that sticks? WTF is wrong with these people?

If y'all wanted to know what lawfare looks like, this is it.

Soooooo…..

Looks like Abrego Garcia has been shipped out of his CECOT luxury vacation, back to the U.S., and will now face charges of being the mastermind behind thousands of cases of illegal human trafficking. Why not implicate him as a conspirator in the 9/11 attacks while we’re at it? Maybe the JFK assassination? The mastermind behind the fake news moon landings??

I’m sorry, I was under the impression that Garcia was an MS-13 gang member? Why is that not the foundation for this case? Maybe because only those Trumpers dumb enough to believe it was the only substantiation? 😂

…..it will certainly be amusing to watch the Trump regime try to shove their conspiracy theories and bigoted nonsense through the strictures of jurisprudence.

Welcome home, Kilmar.

They didn't have to be proved. The issue is that KAG was here illegally. He requested asylum and was denied. His asylum claim was again denied on appeal. The hearings included testimony of his gang affiliation but, since he wasn't being charged with gang activity, there wasn't a hearing required on that aspect.

At any rate, he has now been indicted on gang related charges so all the bleeding hearts can now sit around waiting for a criminal trial and then support gang activity as much as they like. Maybe all of you will head to the streets in your red and blue lumberjacks to show even more solidarity and "ally support" for criminals.

He was indicted on gang affiliation charges.

He was indicted on gang affiliation charges.
Excellent.

Will more than photoshopped tattoos that our president is literally dumb enough to believe be provided to substantiate this so-called affiliation?

See, unfortunately for you folks, something known as evidence now needs to be presented.

Best of luck!
