KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ALABAMA

Alabama is beacon of light for women.

"According to the Alabama Department of Public Health, only 16 of Alabama’s 54 rural counties have hospitals providing obstetric services. Seven counties have no hospitals at all. As of 2020, 40 percent of the state was considered a “maternity care desert” with virtually no access to services in 25 counties and low access in another 21. ...Alabama has some of the nation’s worst rates of maternal mortality, infant mortality, preterm births, cervical cancer and teen pregnancy — as well as wide racial disparities with even worse outcomes for people of color."

Let science evaluate the fairness, and the chips fall where they may. Other transgender rights are more important IMO. The important thing would be for the right to start to begin to understand LGBTQ.
Understand gender diaspora? Does anyone understand gender confusion? That’s really the point. You want to give unlimited rights to confused people? “Here folks. It’s okay to be confused and we’re going to give you the rights to be so and your rights will trump the rights of others.“

That's a load. It's not "gender confusion". It's a simple basic idea. You are lying about 'unlimited rights' and 'trump the rights of others', because you are very hateful. You sound like the Nazis who talked about Jews having unlimited rights and trumping the rights of others who had to be stopped.

So to combat the off chance that a trans person might be secretly competing only women have to provide proof.

Women have to prove who they are while men will not have to…. It’s for their own good.
Oh look - more rules for women.

As always, it is about control.
Sure. Providing birth records is done in high school athletics all the time as proof of meeting the age requirement.

Exactly. You’re learning.
No, birth records are not provided in high school athletics. Not sure where you got the idea that they were.

I wish women had the right to decide what is best for them. Think about it.

The law has to be enforced. How will it be enforced?
The vast majority of people are honest and will obey the law. Do you think differently of people who are transgender?

I don’t hate. I love the truth. If being transgender isn’t confusion manifested then why all the problems that it brings to a persons life? Is it not an act of confusion to cut off one’s breasts to be more “natural”? Or to remove ones penis so as to be more feminine? If that’s not an act of confusion explain it to me. You implied that you understand gender diaspora. Let’s hear your scientific explanation. And then tell me why women should be required to give up their rights because of it.

You called me a liar and hateful. You better know someone well before making such accusations. But of course you’re a “progressive” minded person. Hogwash.

This a pressing issue in Alabama? How about the horrific school systems? Poverty? This shows how out of touch these fringe politicians have become. Waste

The concern is about making women prove that they are women. Who is going to be most affected by that?
No, the concern is that women's sports events are fair to women.

Asking the same question is not answering the question that has been posed.

When one is suspected of being a secret trans person in sports… what happens next? Who does that affect?

Even if a trans is an average player, that position should go to a woman.

A trans should play only if there are not enough women to make a team and then they must be average player.

Children should be encouraged to live in the gender they were given, but if it's what they really want to do, then they should do it, but they should know they won't be able to play many sports. Individual sports like track and field, can include transgender, but their score won't count. In tennis eliminations, the person playing the trans get automatic win.

Tough, but do you want to tell to your women, "Tough?"

Trans women are women.

Your position is inherently transphobic.

I do understand LBGTQ, I am all for live and let live with them , except for a few items: no one with male development should be able to play women's sports or use a woman's bathroom... I will give the 2nd one a caveat: UNLESS they have had gender altering surgery and hormone adjustment to completion. Also, no children should be able to make the decision to have alteration surgery since science has proven that brains are not fully developed at that point.

if parents want to ok them having it , then ok fine, if they and the child BOTH ok it. I think they are doing a disservice to their kids, but it is their kid.

but no kid should be making the final say so in that lifechanging a procedure. I am afraid they will have to wait until adulthood.

You haven't answered my question.

What exactly does your post have to do with the one you quoted? Theodore Roosevelt was also a political progressive. Was he basically Mao?

You haven't answered my question.
The question you pose is an assumption.

The law has been passed. There has to be an enforcement mechanism when the honor system breaks down.

What do you think that enforcement system will entail?

Yep.

“I’m sorry Jane Doe - you’re 6ft tall and have short hair - we need to inspect you to see if you’re a woman”

Because we care about women. 🙄

A blood test works

Sounds good. In sports, it's sex that matters, not "gender identity." Best to not confuse the two.
And why is that? Oh yes, we made it matter in the first place.

Women weren't encouraged to play sports, they were grouped into a categories, just like trans are being grouped right now. They're still fighting for equal pay, and play. If I remember correctly cons were against the shout outs from the woman's soccer team a few years back. Pretty hateful stuff they threw around. But now of course they have their backs, when trans are involved that is. Nothing makes new friends like enemies do.

Women were told they were too fragile to play, it would harm their reproductive organs. lol We keep on to this day with stupid excuses to group people up and hinder their freedoms. It's not surprising to hear the cons cry out about shit they know little about.

Scientifically trans athletes do not benefit from their previous sex. They don't win often, in fact very little. But, one will win now and again, and that will be enough to give fodder to the cons for a lifetime.

For all women who play sports?
No. Only those challenged by another athlete

The challenger pays for the test.....unless the challenged loses
