Sworn testimony is legal evidence. Now it seems to me your question is really what evidence would sway Kavanaugh supporters. In that case my answer is zero.
 
If foreigners watch our news coverage they will think we are victims and cry babies. Everyone seems to be a victim. Lots of complaining and crying and no solutions. Laws no longer matter, just public opinion. We drag people through the mud publicly and judge them without due process. Only in America you will see a nominee for the highest court be humiliated in public based on the accusation of a single individual, with zero evidence. And people then protest and call him a rapist. Because of oneindividual, who might be telling the truth or whomight be lying. Innocent until proven guilty is a thingof the past. Guilty by public opinion is the new norm.
 
Another Fanboy thread gone bust.

This one got blown up on page 1. The OP pulled the pin then he held the grenade. That's what he threatened to do if no one met his demand for evidence he likes. That's cause there isn't any evidence he likes. There isn't even any definition of evidence that he likes.

Now the thread is in fragments, tatters and a distemper.

Last one out kindly turn off the lights plse thx. Oh that's right, the lights weren't ever on. The lights are out and nobody's home. We can hear the wind whipping through the cracks in the walls, roof, floor, posts.

The Right meanwhile is ticked the Supreme Court just got blown up too. Kavanaugh's office btw is the one with the beer keg outside the door. Bring your own plastic cup.

Nonsense. The FBI's job is to gather the evidence...not to judge it. :roll:

The evidence I saw was

B Kavanaugh admitted he partied both in high school and college.

B Kavanaugh admitted he drank and that he drank alot at times.

B Kavanaugh admitted he had partied with both Judge and PJ.

Think that's about it for any evidence that was given that would support what Dr. Ford had to say.

If you want to consider this just a job interview, I would hope an employer would not just take the word of anyone who wanted to tell them something bad about the applicant.

What is it that made Ford's account and testimony credible? I did not believe her. Because of the MeToo movement people didn't want to look bad by saying they didn't believe or trust her. Trump was the only honest person who had anything to say about Ford. She remembered having one beer but most of that evening she forgot. He made a valid point and was damned for saying it.

This all was phony and theater, shame on our Politicians and those who fall for the BS. Also shame on Ford for making this all about her and a supposed rape. She knew from the beginning her name would be associated with this accusation and she tried so hard to look innocent of why she gave this info to the Democrats.. Ridiculous. She also knew she didn't have enough to make this believable but she went ahead and did this to cause a big stir. Shameful. This was all Political and not about a survivor of sexual assault. I so wish those that lied would be criminally charged.

Thats not the question and thats not the answer. So you are 0-2. Kavenaugh supporters would be swayed by any actual evidence that what Ford said actually happened. And this thread is asking people convinced of Kavenaughs guilt to describe what evidence led you to that conclusion. So far, not you or anyone else has come up with anything.

Nonsense. The OP asked for evidence and neither you nor anyone else could come up with a single thing. The thread isnt a fail, you liberals are.
