I have to admit at first I was very impressed with Kathy Griffin immediately apologizing for the stunt holding Trump's beheaded head, admitting that she crossed the line and went too far. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was actually sincere and not looking out for number one. Unfortunately, the lefty returned to her liberal roots in basically retracting her apology when saying that she now wants to exercise her right to free speech. What happened to her apology for going too far? At first she took full responsibility for what she did and then she pulled a Hillary in not accepting responsibility. Then, to top it all off, she says that Trump and his family are bullying her, after she is the one who bullied Trump by carrying around his beheaded head. Does the left hypocrisy ever run dry?

I guess you righties won't stop until your get her head on a plate. M eye rite???

Istrongly suspect the problem is with Griffin as a person and NOT as any personification of the left.

After watching her 2 minute press conference today, I must say she looked pathetic. She took a chance with the beheading photo shoot and she got badly burned by it since most judged she went too far. Then she got fired by CNN and suddenly a big loud bell went off telling her she just may have flushed what was left of a minor career down the toilet. So now she puts on the uniform of the patriot fighting for her rights and fights back.

She just comes across as swinging from one pol to the opposite and looks a mess.

Kathy Griffin is a comedian. She is not a politician. Her actions are her's and do not represent those of a political movement. Please confine your outrage about her actions to the responsible party: Kathy Griffin.

Donald Trump is a reality show star/businessman. He is not a politician.

Guess you lefties won't stop with your conspiracy theories with no proof. Show me proof and I'll change my mind but you are putting the cart before the horse, counting your chickens before they are hatched, and whatever other saying you want to apply.

Once Donald Trump decided to run for office and accept the endorsement of the Republican Party (who gave him the endorsement), he became a politician AND represents the party and its followers. To my knowledge, Kathy Griffin never ran for office nor ever was offered the endorsement of a political party. Just because you are a bad politician does not make you "not a politician"

Hopefully you grasp this distinction.

The fact that you fail to see the irony is really -- quite unsurprising.

'Righties' aren't doing anything. It is KG that keeps reviving the issue. The good news is that ISIS finds her comedy hilarious and wants her to headline their upcoming Jihadi John tribute show.

The "bad politician" beat out 16 candidates for the Republican nomination and won the general election.

You mean that the left keeps throwing mud at Trump and yet he has been found guilty of nothing?

Not yet! It's early in the investigation. Have patience!

You are correct. My bad! Good politician; very bad President.

Kathy Griffin is a bitch. She is extremely nasty to anyone she disagrees with politically.
My favorite part of this video is when she says that Barbra Walters said to respect the office (of the president).

Now we've come full circle back to where the left hopes their conspiracy theories pan out into reality. I agree that Trump is a bad president for the liberal cause.

He is a bad president because he managed to end up with a 40% approval rating after the honeymoon and can not get control of the narrative. Instead, he twists and turns in the quicksand of his own making.

From a liberal perspective, Trump may be the best thing that ever happened to the liberal cause as he will never get his legislative agenda put together and likely drag the Cons down with him. As to the latter, however, I expect them to get smart and jettison him early next year.

Trump's problems right now are far beyond "conspiracy theory" The chances his presidency survives this are probably on par with his approval rating.

...as to what he is guilty of... well, we don't know yet.

We have an investigation because we have probable cause. Start with the fact we know that Russia hacked into the DNC servers and we pretty much know they disseminated that proprietary information via Wikileaks just prior to the election. We do not know the impact that had on the outcome of the election. We also do not know if Trump or his minions were knowingly or unknowingly involved. We have a crime; we have suspects; and we just don't understand all of the particulars. That is why we have an investigation.

We also know that Trump has had financial dealings with Putin's minions in the past. We do not know to what extent Trump may have current dealings / be indebted to those Russian interests. If he has current financial entanglements with the Russians, he could be violation of the emoluments clause. Perhaps we would know this had Trump been forthcoming and either released his tax returns or shed his business assets prior to taking office, but he did not. Now he suffers the consequence of not being forthcoming.

Since the smoke is thick and potential explanations are grave threats to America, the investigations are not, in rational way of thinking, witch hunts, but rather would be gross negligence on the part of our government if they were not pursued to understanding.

You are absolutely correct. Her head on a plate (figuratively). Even then it won't stop,

Idiots like this are the gift that keeps on giving.

Between her and the kneeling football players, the Repubs are up a couple million unexpected votes in the 2018's.

Considering that 100% of the 50% that didn't vote for him disapproves of him, 40% isn't bad.

That's 80% of those that matter.

1) I would not say its impossible to lead a country with a 40% approval rating, but its pretty hard, and
2) Its almost impossible when you can't get control of the narrative, and
3) as the approval rating falls, so the "possibility" factor falls with it to approach "impossible".

He is a bad president because he can not lead.

Damn I did not read your argument but you are right.

And you figured it out before I did.

What the hell does that mean? I don't really care about celebrities, but fair play to Griffin for yelling about free speech now. It's been a pretty popular defense for people who say or do stupid things.

Obama was in the 40's almost all of his eight years.
