Karen Read Trial - Take 2

Trust me, lally won't do the closing. For starters, if he did, no one be able to hear him. On numerous occasions the judge has told him to speak up. The Common Wealth needs to get rid of him.
 
They're starting with the defense. Jackson begins his closing.
 
Jackson starting off by kissing the asses of the jurors then placing Read as the real victim. No mention of O'Keefe so far. He could care less about O'Keefe. Sickening.
 
He's talking about reasonable doubt so far mostly, and the presumption of innocence.

Then he goes into a narrative of the events of January 28th and 29th.

I think lawyers always say that kind of thing to jurors. Is it kissing ass if they all do it?

Well, that is kind of my point, it wasn't proven she said that, everyone that testified she said that lied some where in that testimony, either lied or changed the testimony. They also had a witness that stated the words were different and in the form of a question.

I have done searches for the supposed confessions but I could not find anything. If you have those you can post them.

Or, even if she had confessed (she didn't or you'd be quoting it just like "I hit him"), if the physical evidence proves she didn't do it (which it does), who cares if she confessed? There was no collision.

Higgy boy is in evidence. Remember the Canton PD video and the Waterfall video and all the other testimony? You, like the Commonwealth, don't believe Read is entitled to a defense. You're wrong.
 
He points out not one medical expert, not the 2 for the Commonwealth or the 2 for the defense, claims O'Keefe was struck by a car.

Not even a bruise.
 
lmao, calling Welcher's tests a blue paint kindergarten project.
 
Points out the 29mph test did no damage to the hoodie and Read's taillight diffusers were almost destroyed when in the test they were barely touched.

Asks how the diffusers can be seen in the video of the car being towed if they had been destroyed.

And the x-rays showing no fractures make an appearance, embarrassing Welcher and Brennan again

He was brought up multiple times in evidence. If they don't know who he is they were not paying attention.
 
Points out Brennan said there wasn't enough evidence to know what happened.

Points out the confirmation bias of Burgess, in changing his report mid trial.
 
Guarantee Brennan starts his closing with "I hit him, I hit Him I HIT HIM" it's the only thing he has.
 
Can Burgess be trusted when he changed his whole theory to pull the Commonwealth theory of the case out of the trash.

Good probability. He also might play more clips, but probably not in context.
 
Says we only have to look at Burgess's CV to answer the question of his trustworthiness.

Points out O'Keefe walked 86 steps west, which is towards the house.
 
Points out the battery temperature doesn't agree with the Commonwealth theory.

Jackson seems to be doing ok, but I am already convinced so......
 
Says the Commonwealth didn't call a single medical expert to say that the wounds to his arm were from a car.
 
Says its obvious and common sense the injuries are from a dog, and it is undisputed by all medical experts he wasn't hit by a car.
 
Asks why Read is even here. Says its because the system has failed badly.

Next he's talking about the total failure to properly investigate the case.
