Kant or Cant: The Myth of the Democratic Peace

In grad school, the notion of Democratic Peace was given considerable credence even in a department dominated by rat choice theorists. I remember my war studies professors was one of the biggest proponents of the Democratic Peace theory. However, I am reading the article that was posted. I will try to respond in a couple of days. I am dusting off the mental cobwebs as I read the article.
