Being anti-slavery is Marxist now?
What does any of this have to do with Marxism?https://www.city-journal.org/california-ethnic-studies-programs-merchants-of-revolution
These are the people that "educate", or more accurately, indoctrinate our kids.
Terrifying.
"Pacheco then argued that the United States is a political regime based on “settler colonialism,” which he describes as a “system of oppression” that “occupies and usurps land/labor/resources from one group of people for the benefit of another.” The settler colonialist regime, Pacheco continues, is “not just a vicious thing of the past, but [one that] exists as long as settlers are living on appropriated land.” The white colonialist regime of the United States is a “parasitic system” responsible for domestic violence, drug overdoses, and other social problems. In a related PowerPoint slide, Pacheco presented examples of this oppression, including “men exploiting women,” “white people exploiting people of color,” and “rich people exploiting poor people.”
Well, he obviously doesn't know what Marxism is, just a term Carlson and Hannity use to "own the libs". Therefore it's highly doubtful he catches what you're pitching. What are the odds he will be unable to figure out where I'm going with this?
Is he wrong?
White colonists did occupy and usurp the land from it's native people, who they then systematically drove across the country and finally onto reservations.
They did spend hundreds of years exploiting black slave labor for their own personal benefit, only to replace slavery with Jim Crow.
Women were treated as second class citizens by the white male patriarchy and for the majority of this country's history they didn't have the right to vote.
And yes, if you look at the absurd amount of income/wealth inequality in this country today, even as productivity is higher than it has ever been, I can't imagine coming to any other conclusion than that the rich are exploiting the poor for their personal benefit.
Nah, I think "socialism" is the term of art used to attack liberals these days. Marxism is a stretch for their audiences, as it brings to mind Groucho, not Karl. Funny how the epithets change: commie, pinko, un-American, etc. in the past, now socialist. There actually used to be a thing called the House Committee on Un-American Activities. They didn't use the term "mission statement" back then, but their founding language must have been hilarious. The left countered by calling it the House Un-American Activities Committee, which annoyed conservatives. It's still called HUAC. (Can you imagine a committee on un-Canadian Activites, un-Italian Activities?Well, he obviously doesn't know what Marxism is, just a term Carlson and Hannity use to "own the libs". What about this terrifies you? These are the people that "educate", or more accurately, indoctrinate our kids.

If I wanted to live in a communist country, I'd move to Venezuela. What about this terrifies you?
The Constitution needs a lot of improvements.I can tell you right now what the end game looks like: Abolish the Constitution in it's Entirety. It's coming.
First, assassinate the founders, then destroy the founders documents. I don't believe this is the Dem party agenda.
I believe it's the goal of the woke, PC, race-hustling crowd, BLM, NEA, The Squad, progressives, some liberals, et al.

When did Venezuela become communist? If I wanted to live in a communist country, I'd move to Venezuela.

How is the bold wrong?...the United States is a political regime based on “settler colonialism,” which he describes as a “system of oppression” that “occupies and usurps land/labor/resources from one group of people for the benefit of another.” ...

It seems the brainwashing on the Right runs so deep they refuse to see what lies in front of their nose and just spew out garbage like "Marxism" without even thinking. Is he wrong?

You aren't acknowledging history. You are ignoring it as a whole in favor of selecting tiny slices and considering only them as being representative of the whole.Acknowledging history is Marxist.
Is the Constitution a city or something?^^^ There it is.
Eventually you'll agree that the best constitutional improvement plan is to burn it all down and start over.
Is the Constitution a city or something?
What does the Constitution represent to you?
Man!, is that projection or what?It seems the brainwashing on the Right runs so deep they refuse to see what lies in front of their nose and just spew out garbage like "Marxism" without even thinking.
