Wo says we can't? I don't think you have any idea how any of this really works. You seem to think that the people belong to the government, not the other way around. When governments collapse the people do not cease to exist. The cycle is that governments grow to the point that they can no longer sustain themselves, then society breaks up in to smaller groups and survive. Groups like ours do not train to overthrow a government and we are not concerned about being attacked by government forces. We train to be able to survive and support our community in the absence of government.

You could be shot for treason if you fly the banner of the Militia of the United States for a false Cause.
 
You're still not getting it. Government is not what we are concerned with. It's about local community. I haven't had hundreds of hours of training to support a government or a flag. And while fireams training is part of it, it is a small part and has as much to do with hunting as it does personal defense. Realisticly trying to scare people in to compliance with flags and uniforms is not going to work. People like you who see government as the answer to their problems wil be the ones to suffer from it's demise because people like us will not help you.

Realistically, I would trust more, Individuals of the People who are the Militia of the United States, well regulated; than any anarchists claiming to love their guns but not their republic.
 
If you trust the government to care more for your wellbeing than the people of your community and consider those who disagree with you anarchists you are either truely lost or you are just trolling people who don't agree with you. I'm done with you.

Some foolish people are willing to sub-contract there lives and safety and that of their family to government. I don't have problem with anybody who does that. I will squash the selfish, paranoid, agenda driven, anti-social people who want me to join in their lunacy. What degree of foolishness does it take to figure that endangering everyone will make them feel safer?

Their chosen option is to rely on a service that has no duty, responsibility or accountability to render this service. This so called non-existent service is part of an organisation that is known only for its inefficiency and inability to render a satisfactory service at reasonable cost.

Dawin award contestants are welcome to chose this option. I prefer to rely on what I can trust and know will be present when I need it. The Dawin award contestants all have crystal balls so they can make appointments with their protection service where such events are going to take place.

I think the genetic pool has turned into a cesspool, it's definitely polluted badly when people makes such choices. Good luck guys I admire your brave decision to remove yourselves from the genetic pool. I hope one of you gets the award. Please stop trying to drag others with you, that's not nice.

I think a lot of them will wake once the ATMs and Facebook stop working. Unfortunately for them it will be too late. As sad as it sounds the best thing that could happen for those of us who know better would be for the majority of them to die in the cities.

Well your response did bring a big grin to my face, thanks and I do understand the frustration you feel in trying to deal with people who believe everything else imaginable is responsible, who hate those who are better off than they are and blame them for the situation or somebody else. Not once will they bite the hand that feeds them and brings them largess.

They are trapped by their own beliefs one of them is government must provide for their safety as they cannot afford to do that themselves and being totally demoralised and disillusioned don't want to anyway. The only way they can survive is by turning to crime. It's easy, reasonable rewards and relatively low risk depending on the crime.

Telling those in the dependent trap to object to the hand that feeds them is going to land on deaf ears. The same as those who fear guns and do not want others to have guns becasue they may shoot them and are a danger to them. Beliefs are not removed with logic and reason. In this case they trust government, not those who are trying to help them.

We as they who know better aught to be doing a better job of education.

There are those who refuse to learn. They can not be saved. You have to recognize that and move on. One of the hardest things to do in emergency response is to step over a body to effectively help the next victim. It's sad but it is part of reality.

Only the right prefers to soothsay doomsdays for free on a potential contingency basis; some on the left prefer to charge doomsday tax rates, instead.

Considerably better than your interpretation of the second which has so many holes in it it looks like a sieve. Blind faith is the belief it still holds water. :roll:

they likely wouldn't use American service men and police to pull off such a thing likely because many people wouldn't obeythat order. I don't think they could muster the man power, to do it otherwise.

A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State; we could ditch our wars on crime, drugs, poverty, and terror as no cost solutions. But, asking gun lovers to love their republic that much may be too much to ask.

Says the person with pretensions of sincerity having proven a lack of confidence through his use of so many fallacies his version looks like a sieve and cannot hold water. Those holes have been defended with nothing but repetition of the fallacies.

Believing repetition is far better than showing a historical and pertinent basis for your contention is not going to convince anyone. People are not fools and the only place a correct answer can be found in the historical records of the time since clauses were discussed and debated. Until that is done any other opinion is just that. However a belief can exist without any basis of logic or rationality. Your BELIEF is incorrect, without proof or substance. A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
