Are you suggesting they should just put Trump in front of a firing squad and get it over with and that saving that they have fallen into a trap Trump has set for them?

Stealing a car is a state crime. You apparently have no idea how Federal Court and Federal Prosecutors differ from State Court and State Prosecutors.

I will grant you that DOJ was very differential to Trump from the period Trump basically ignored the subpoena's to now. But this is actually going along apace for DOJ.
