It's more like the judge decided that he, not Trump, runs the Executive branch. If this precedent is allowed to stand then any judge anywhere can dictate what the elected president can and can not do or, at minimum, obstruct everything that the president does. That's a ridiculous violation of Constitutional principles.

Well this does prove a point I made on another thread. The Trump Administration, in partnership with RW media, is directing the thinking of Trumpers. Breaking the law is not the job of the Administration and several actions so far are in direct conflict with the law. Instead of illegally defying court orders a challenge should be made within the judicial system.

Just ****ing impeach! Why is that so hard? Trump broke the law and when that happens you start impeachment proceedings. This isn't about me, it's about Trump so get on the phone and start calling your representatives to get the ball rolling.

Sure. Why not? Trump is a bigger threat than Hitler so we may as well impeach. Heck, we should impeach when ANY Republican wins an election. The only way we can save democracy is if we only elect Democrats.

Well they have some oversight powers as part of our checks & balances. It's always been that way.
