Judge rules Pennsylvania governor's COVID-19 restrictions unconstitutionalAccess Denied
(A U.S. federal judge on Monday ruled as unconstitutional some of Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf's orders to control the coronavirus outbreak, including limits on crowd sizes, requirements that people stay home, and the closing of non-essential businesses.)
Finally some good news!

Great... this is all we need when trying to save lives, Republicans rushing to court to squash "restrictions (that) were executed with good intentions but were arbitrary and violated individual rights."

We should have gone herd immunity from the very beginning, instead we beleived a bunch of quacks like Ferguson who claimed 2.2 million Americans would be dead.

It is about damn time a judge got it right.
When did that happen? This idiot 'judge' just condemned people to death. Are you proud?
No he didn't. not that i expect you to understand how wrong your post is.
Yes i am proud that a judge finally put a kabosh on the unconstitutional idiocy of these
leftist Gov's.
It is what our constitution was designed to do.
I know you hate it but that isn't my issue.

trump-nominated activist judge. Pennsylvania should immediately appeal this tyrannical ruling.
Already we have over 194,000 Americans dead from Covid 19 (so far )and we are nowhere near 20 infected.
And those infected are not always immune. In fact immunity may be only be temporary.
Study: COVID-19 antibodies decay quickly after mild illness | CIDRAP
Herd immunity still requires at least 70% of the population (ideally much more) to have the antibodies, and to get there it also requires being exposed to the infection. The idea being each individual immune system kills coronavirus no matter how many times they are exposed to it.
The problem is coronavirus has a plethora of issues that come with exposure, for some it means death and for others it means long term health consequences.
No matter what FoxNews tells you this is not the flu or a cold, that myth was destroyed months ago when bodies started pilling up.
A strawman shows up from under his bridge...Actually you seem to be in favor of a lot of people dying.
That doesnt address what I said, at all. Youre just talking to yourself.Already we have over 194,000 Americans dead from Covid 19 (so far )and we are nowhere near 20 infected.

Riight. So you want us to do what Creepy Joe
commands: hide in the basement until
he wins the election, then declares everything is okay again....
A strawman shows up from under his bridge...
Its ironic you write such BS since most of the deaths have occurred in blue states, the ones your kind controls. Try thinking about that fact for once.Except we aren't. We just want people to wear masks and socially distance. That's too much to ask for your kind.
Pathetic. That moron just categorically guaranteed that many Americans, mostly cretinous 'libertarians', will get infected and probably die. Screw your 'rights'. I choose life.
