Judge rules Pennsylvania COVID-19 restrictions unconstitutional

Its ironic you write such BS since most of the deaths have occurred in blue states, the ones your kind controls. Try thinking about that fact for once.

Did I hear crickets again?

Uh, coastal states, first hit BEFORE any serious counters were in place (thanks Orangey!), most concentrated populations....hurr durr.

It is as if cons think the virus has a political preference.

That is the cool thing about freedom is peoples choices right or wrong.
He didn't guarantee anything. People have a right to live their life.

Sorry I don't say screw your rights. that is why you lose. Your rights are the most important thing that you have.
You are free to not go out not work and not do anything. You are 100% free to stay inside your home and do nothing.

Other people are free to go out work and attempt to pay their bills, and feed their kids and be as productive as they can be.

at least you are honest in your hatred of peoples's rights it is something that we always knew leftist hated but at least you have now
come to openly admit the truth.

There's a time and a place to whine and complain about 'rights' being violated-and frankly being told to wear a mask during a deadly pandemic really doesn't fall into that category. I never heard anything more pathetic. Is there nothing libertarians won't complain about?

No one said anything about wearing a mask. Your little shut down was a failure and caused major harm to a lot of people and a lot of families for no reason.
some people don't have a job to go back to because the place they worked for shut down.

That is the cool thing about having rights. It is why those rights were established to being with to stop government Draconian policies.
The government is not allowed to pick winners and losers and during a pandemic the government can put in some restrictions.

However the Gov went too far in what it was allowed to do and violated people's rights.
The Gov. was also very inconsistent in his enforcement of his own laws.

The Gov himself violated his own rules and was marching with protesters.
Sorry but he is not above his own laws and violated his own restrictions that pretty much invalidates his order.

please see the equal protection clause.

Like I said; a time and a place for whining. That isn't now; but, hey, continue enjoying your burgeoning deaths while you whine about a temporary inconvenience-wearing a mask.

Now wait a minute.

With one side of your mouth, you pretend to point out how bad all the deaths are.

With the other side of your mouth, you cheer as an activist judge orders life-saving restrictions removed.

So which is it, PoS? Should lives be saved, or not?

The only person whining about anything is you.
So you should probably take your own advice.

again i said nothing about masks your strawman is blowing away you
better run and get it.

A Wisconsin judge has ruled that the governor's mask mandate and declaration of emergency is legal in that state. I think Wisconsin is one of the states that is taking it on the chin in round 2:

(CNN)A Circuit Court judge has denied a lawsuit against Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers to overturn the face mask mandate in the state, according to a court filing obtained by CNN.
Three people had sued to challenge the governor's authority to issue the order declaring a public health emergency. They said in the filing that he "exceeded his statutory authority" by declaring an emergency three different times in relation to the Covid-19 health crisis.

Access Denied

(A U.S. federal judge on Monday ruled as unconstitutional some of Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf's orders to control the coronavirus outbreak, including limits on crowd sizes, requirements that people stay home, and the closing of non-essential businesses.)

Finally some good news!

One reason COVID is running rampant through the US.

Social distancing and masks and working from home aren't political issues. They are IQ tests.

Pathetic. That moron just categorically guaranteed that many Americans, mostly cretinous 'libertarians', will get infected and probably die. Screw your 'rights'. I choose life.

Sure those libertarians in Philadelphia County with their over 2K cases per 100K can now take their masks off.

As usual your appeal to emotional argument is a failure and you have no clue what you are talking about.

1. Government does have some power in great need. Yes for a while a lock down (even though stupid) was needed.
2. What the government can't do is arbitrary decide how it is enforced. Which is the problem with these laws. They are not enforced equally among everyone the same.
The government is discriminating and they have been discriminating in their enforcement of these laws.

Government power as the judge said is not unilateral. The government has to justify it's use of action and the constant use of the same argument is not ongoing forever.
more so when these government officials are breaking their own laws that they say everyone else has to abide by.
Honestly the left has used the virus as a means to suppress Trump supporters. Keep them at home, unemployed, and dependent on the government. This is the crap of the progressive socialist in the democrat party. They are full tilt after a power grab that they failed to achieve in every other corrupt way, Collusion, Mueller, Impeachment. They took a virus put upon us by the Chinese and blame Trump. The idiot Joe Biden called the stopping of foreign travel xenophobic but he obviously didn't know a thing. He doesn't even know what office he is running for or who he ran against in the past years. He's a doddering old fool who is being used by the left because their candidates were so unlikeable.

The states with the strongest libertarian sentiment - Colorado, New Hampshire, Nevada - seem to be faring pretty well. Compare that to your big government, high taxation, heavy regulating, "screw your rights" states - NY, NJ, CA...
