Judge Lester allows Zimmerman to leave county

The won't be a SYG hearing.. because that is about 'immunity'...No judge would grant GZ immunity based on the evidence and his credibility..

If George asserts self defense .. he would have to put on an affirmative defense.. I think O'Mara will stall and gently ease George into a plea bargain.

Judge shopping won't change the evidence.

Whether they have and can break George Zimmerman remains to be seen. A little ordinary person like him has little chance against the full force of a political driven government and criminal justice system.

George didn't consider the consequences, did he? He wasn't so little when he was running around the neighborhood with a gun.

I agree that GZ did not consider that TM may not just be someone acting suspicious, but someone who might attack him.

While many people have and carry guns - nearly 1,00,000 with permits in Florida, very few are truly prepared mentally and emotionally when and how to use it if need be.

Most gun owners take ownership with its responsibilities very seriously.

George was reckless and stupid... His life was never in danger... just his ego.

George CHOSE not to identify himself as NW and instead pulled the trigger.

What possible difference would it have made if he identified himself as neighborhood watch? That assertion of yours has no value.

Obviously his life was in danger regardless of why or who started it. Any head injury has to potential to be lethal or cause permanent injury.

Sharon is going to continue with opinion that makes no sense or based in facts.

Since we no longer have to adhere to facts, guess its ok to say:
TM was reckless and stupid... His life was never in danger... until he decided to attack GZ with intent to do severe bodily harm.
TM CHOSE to attack GZ instead of explaining what he was doing and why he was in the neighborhood.

Makes as much sense as some of the posts I have seen.
Joko, it may be time for us all to step back. The TM side is so blind that they won't consider that TM played as much a role in this tragic event as GZ. You do put up a good fight for the GZ side.

Lol...what nonsense

The law doesn't agree with you

You can do a quick search on the internet and find cases of individuals hitting their head really badly on the sidewalk and not having cuts. Even though in a few of the cases I read, the individuals basically saw stars, were dazed for a few, in a lot of pain, or may have had signs of concussion later on. The point, a cut probably wont' occur until the head gets hit more then once into the sidewalk - the constant hitting is what would cause the skin to start to split. But, you feel free ot live in your absolute world, where ink pads and sidewalks are similar.
The video below shows you that just one slam into a concrete wall in a less than a split second would render a person going limp wiith a black-out. Landed on the floor, this guy went into a convulsion and the nurse immediately came in to attend to him and his bleeding.

This guy was admitted to the hospital with swollen black eye, a bump in the head and large swollen bruise on his face. Mind you, this wasn't done with intent to kill as Trayvon was said to be:

Now, tell me, for how long and for how many times did Zimmerman's head is said to have been brutally slammed into the concrete by Trayvon with intent to kill?

Please honestly answer me this:

How is it possible that Zimmerman not only had no loss of consciousness, no dizziness, no blurr vision, no convulsion, no brain contusion nor concussion but somehow was extraordinarily alert with sharp night vision to be able to clearly see every fine details of what Trayvon was doing and looking at and be the one faster than Trayvon to get to his weapon despite all that savage beating and head slamming he had received repeatedly for almost a minute?

How is it possible that Zimmerman was up and going from the time the first witness saw him after the shot to the time we saw him in the police surveillance video walking in top condition without having to go to the hospital with all that severe beating and head slamming?

No, that also is wrong. You are confused of what GZ is charged with. The state has to prove GZ is a murderer, not that the story he told isn't entirely accurate. I doubt he completely knows or remembers what happened in microscopic detail.
Casey Anthony was truly a pathological liar. Thus she was found guilty of lying, not murder.
In Casey Anthony case, she was not caught on site in the act of killing of her daughter. Zimmerman was.

Neither did she confess. Even though the circumstantial evidence was strongly against her, the jury found there was no direct evidence to physically connect her to the killing.

In Zimmerman's case, he was there on top of or by Trayvon's body with his weapon as seen by several eyewitnesses immediately after the shot. The police soon after came to the crime scene and Zimmerman admitted to the police officer he was the one who shot Trayvon.

If his affirmative defense is rejected as not believable, he is then answerable for the killing of Trayvon Martin. It would then be the question of the level of his culpability for the killing.

I am not the prosecutor, therefore, I don't have to abide by the rules of evidence. I just need to use logic, reason and common sense to look at the evidence to come up with reasonable argument to refute your illogical argument in your defense of Zimmerman.

All the evidence we have so far showed that what Zimmerman claimed happened did not happen the way he described.

In fact, the direction of the debris field starting from the T-junction and ending up to where Trayvon's body was found, together with the screaming from a distance to where it became louder as heard by witnesses, the lack of gun powder residue on Zimmerman's clothing, the total lack of blood splatter from Trayvon's chest wound to Zimmerman's clothing, the straight front to back direction of the bullet path into Trayvon's chest, the lack of mud or grass stain on Zimmerman's jacket, the disparity of his wounds or lack thereof, and the lack of Zimmerman's blood/DNA on Trayvon's hands or sleeves and Tryavon's lack of offensive wounds on his hands etc, all indicated to me that Trayvon was not beating up on Zimmerman.

It was the other way around. Zimmerman was trying to detain Trayvon but ended up killing him due to Trayvon putting up a struggle to defy his sham "authority".

In my opinion, based on the evidence, it is more likely that Zimmerman was grabbing on Trayvon's clothing in an attempt to detain him. During the struggle beginning at the T-junction when Trayvon was trying to get away in the direction where he was staying, Zimmerman hit his head against the tree limb and thus suffered the two small cuts at the top of his head and a scrape at the bridge of his nose. That explained the the small scrape on the bridge of his nose and the sideway sway and downward flow of blood trails from his head wounds due to gravity as he stumbled side to side during the struggle.

While still grabbing onto Trayvon's clothing as Trayvon tried to pull away from him, Zimmerman at some point pulled out his gun in an attempt to take control of the situation as Trayvon screamed for help and begged for his life upon seeing the gun as could be heard in the 911 call.

Zimmerman became enraged by Trayvon's insubmission to his attempt at exercising his stern authority as a wannabe cop. His pride was hurt when he sustained the head injuries as a result of Trayvon's refusal to comply. As his former bouncer colleague once said about Zimmerman, "When he snapped, he snapped."

He then shot Trayvon in cold-blood while standing and grabbing onto Trayvon to prevent him from running away. This is supported by the direct front to back bullet trajectory through the chest and the lack of Trayvon's blood and gun powder on Zimmerman's clothing. His state of mind being wanting to be respected as stern, authoritative and commanding presence was revealed to us by Zimmerman himself on the very night of Feb 26 when he was doing a small chit chat with Singleton while waiting for the voice stress test.

Here's the pertinent part:

Zimmerman: Have you ever had to shoot anybody?

Singleton: No.

Zimmerman: Good for you.

You're probably stern enough to get the point.

Singleton: I'm sorry?

Zimmerman: You're probably stern enough for it to get the point. You got that -

Singleton: Hmm.

Zimmerman: - authoritative, commanding presence.

Singleton: [Unintelligible] geared up.

Zimmerman: I [unintelligible] you without it. I wouldn't question your authority.

How far did SPD get into their investigation?

Yes, the state has to prove Zimmerman is a murderer. I am sure the prosecutor has more than what we have to prove it's murder 2. If not, I'll settle for manslaughter.

Care to elaborate?

Just what does, the state/prosecutor have to prove it's murder 2 beyond a reasonable doubt?

Man. :slapme: Apparently you are going to have a hard time when he walks.
Especially since you do not seem to understand that the above things do not necessarily happen in all situations.

You will settle?" Ha, ha, ha, ha! :slapme:
That is hilarious.

So tell us.
When are you going to start using this logic, reason and common sense to look at the evidence?
Because, thus far you have not engaged in such.
But only non-nonsensical convoluted conjecture.

False, the evidence clearly indicates that it did happen the way Zimmerman said.

There is that non-nonsensical convoluted conjecture I was talking about.

The evidence does not say that at all.

Clearly the recorded voice sounds like Zimmerman.

And no one is going to buy into the recorded anomaly being anybody begging for their life.
There is a distance that one can hear in the recorded voice that is not present in the anomaly.
So that is a ridiculous assertion to begin with.

There is no evidence to assert this claim. None whatsoever.
It is nothing more than the machinations of convoluted thoughts.

The pertinent part?
iLOL
Come on now, tell us the truth. Did you write that at the other forum?

Did you bother paying attention to the replies there?
Maybe if you had you would have learned something.
Your thoughts on this matter are nothing but non-nonsensical convoluted conjecture.
