Jon Stewart benefited by 829% ‘overvalue’ of his NYC home even as he labels Trump’s civil case ‘not victimless’

I've noticed that MAGAs claim to either be financial genius' or Navy Seals.
The truth is that most of them live down by the river in a trailer and are neither.
There was a guy over on the hannity forums who went by the handle Wildhorse.
Somehow he would constantly shoe horn how he was there or invented whatever thing we were talking about.

These people are liars for the most part. Had trix been some upstanding honest person who ad.itted their faults I'd be more likely to buy into the idea she sold three houses before the crash. Or that she saw it coming ( having never really dip her toes into the numerous financial threads we have had on here. I can't remember the last time she did. You would think someone who could read the market that well would be an ace and understand today's markets.

But she can't even get basic functions right so..I'm gonna guess she is lying.

That’s all horse shit and has nothing to do with thenTrump case.

There’s a bunch of Democrats around here who completely ignorant but pound their chest thinking they made a point.

??

That is the exact law Letitia James used to sue Trump.

You are REALLY uninformed.

It’s vague as applied to Trump. And further there is no basis in fact other than political vendetta to bring it. It’s fabricated crap.

I have read the transcript. It’s a miscarriage of Justice .

You just did exactly what you were complaining about. In letting you know this I think I have made a very good point. Feel free to disagree.

It’s unlikely that anyone (other than Trump or other threat to demorat power) would be found to be liable under the ridiculous allegation that they ‘unlawfully’ overvalued their real estate.
Trump signed false business documents and that is illegal under NYS law. If you think that law is bad then lobby to repeal it. Stewart did not sign any business docs that undervalued his property so no it is not the same.

Wow. Then you must have some really pithy insights and quotes that could convince everyone to agree with your position.
So far all you have done is post insults and quote Sean Hannity.
We are eager to see you post your insights you have gleaned from your reading and even some quotes from the actual transcript.

Judge Judy has more credibility than Engoron. A point which seems to fly over your head.
How does she have more credibility? Because you say so as an avid MAGAn? Nah.

Your circular logic bores me.

Don't take my word for it;

It was a preposterous, vindictive judgment, especially since none of the banks Trump dealt with had any issue with Trump. He is a “whale of a client,” said executives from Deutsche Bank, who acknowledged that they sought further business from Trump. Trump’s lawyers brought Eli Bartov, an expert witness from New York University, to testify. He reviewed Trump’s financial statements and said he found no evidence of fraud. “My main finding,” he testified, “is that there is no evidence whatsoever of any accounting fraud.”

In any normal world, one would think that would be exculpatory. But this is the bizarro world created by Trump Derangement Syndrome. The establishment, in a desperate attempt to preserve that status quo, and thus their perquisites at the public trough, regard Donald Trump as an existential threat. They are right about that. But in their desperation to remove the threat, they have not only trampled on the rule of law and every canon of fair play, they have also sealed their eventual eclipse. One by one, the cases against Trump are cracking. In Georgia, where Trump is accused of attempting to overturn the 2020 election, District Attorney Fani Willis herself faces removal from the case and possible disbarment for lavishing taxpayer money on her boyfriend whom she also hired to prosecute Trump. In Washington, Jack Smith’s attempt to nab Trump for his supposed role in the January 6 riot at the Capitol is in a state of suspension; ditto the Florida case involving Trump’s possession of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, a case that was complicated last week when Special Counsel Robert Hur released his 350-page report acknowledging that “President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.” Moreover, those classified documents were found in Biden’s “garage, offices, and basement den” in Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware, home.

I yet I find your posting to be filled with subtle wit and humor. I am devastated that my (and I think I speak for all Libs) posts don't meet your lofty criteria.

I direct your attention to post #620 in this thread.

I don't know how or why but you connected my name to someone else's comment and replied to me.
And I think edit time has expired.

Its incredible.

The lengths that trumptards will go to in their attempts to normalize and defend their Reality TeeVee Messiah. Truly incredible.
