John Kasich fans?

Bad tactics. Hilarious.

Consistent? Do go on. ROFL.

He supported assault weapons ban and previous democratic presidents. Would you like to see the clips?

Or is all that a conspiracy to you?

I have for most of my life been vigorously pro gun control. Now I am not. THings change, sometimes I become convinced that I am wrong so I change my mind. I cant comprehend people never being wrong and never changing their minds, that sounds like a God.

I like Kasich, seems like a nice guy, prolly be a good president..

Too bad for him Trump is running and he is better..

Where is my gong when I need it......

The guy has a long history of being a supreme ass. He can run a state pretty good though, we have to give him that, although OHIO is not doing well economically. And people are still leaving. But he manages the decline OK.

I'm the same way. I was very vigorous myself, even donating money to the cause. After 9/11 and the spread of terrorism I started changing my mind in thinking that maybe it's a good idea most Americans have guns. On top of that the liberals piss me off more and more in thinking that gun control is going to curb gun violence. It is very simple minded thinking and wrong most of the time. Even though I'm not technically against more gun control laws the liberals pass right over more important things that could actually make a real difference, like people control laws. Way too many people that are a danger to society are just walking around free planning their next victims and we just let them do it. Jail sentences are not long enough for people that are a danger to society. People that are a lifelong danger should be locked up for a lifetime. Not too long ago Obama commuted the sentences of many in jail, some of whom were ex-criminals who were arrested for having guns when they shouldn't have had guns. Then after commuting their sentences Obama says we need better gun control legislation to keep guns out of these people's that he released. What's wrong with that picture?

For me it is all about practicality, how are we going to have low gun violence. I think that we either need to have lots of guns or few guns to get this done, and there are already so many guns around and so much shall we say enthusiasm for guns and exercising the right to own guns that I have decided that the only way open now is the lots of guns routes. When people give you " gun violence" numbers they include suicide which I dont think should be included, all we should be talking about is unwanted death by guns, and while I cant imagine hardly any scenarios where I would desire suicide I think we all have the right to go when we want to go. The problem of humans is that there are too many of us now not too few, the collective does not have the right to tell me no because I would not be hurting the collective by leaving earlier than natural death would cause. Once we strip suicide out of the numbers guns dont seem the scary huge harm that they are advertised as by the people who are hostile to gun culture.

I have never touched a gun and dont intend too, though one of my kids owns an assault weapon, AR-15 I think. Until last year I enforced a rule of no guns in the house but I dont do that anymore.

Look, situations change, and there are a lot more guns out there than there were 30 years ago when I decided that I was pro gun control. The facts on the ground sometimes dictate wise policy, so I say dont come whining to me that Trump has changed is mind on this, because to me this is Trump being smart.
