What are they hiding? Isn't that what they've said about Trump docs? November can't come soon enough.

The judge will determine whether the documents are indeed subject to attorney-client privilege, or not.

As to, what are they are hiding, Trump refused to turn over financial documents ordered by the court. What is he hiding?

Yeah and Durham might just lit his own pants on fire. If he wins this bid of his to present his full conspiracy theory it will burden him with far great discovery obligations. Cause evidence to prove that the suspicions Sussmann and others had in 2016 were not just justified, but turned out to be true, are now material to discovery. Sussman would then be able to get Mueller Investigation files of at least 6 people. Including Richard Burt, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, Konstantin Kilimnik, Alex Van der Zwaan, and Michael Cohen. If Durham doesn't start turning over that mountain of information to Sussmann, he'll be risking dismissal for discovery violations.

Please note that on the first page Mr Durham - ooops, "The United States of America" is asking the Court to conduct an in camera review of the requested documents. Doesn't look like much of a DEMAND to me, more like a polite request.

That's what I'm saying. Cause I don't believe Durham is up to the task, missing SOL and other filing deadlines and whatnot. He's just digging a deeper hole for himself.
