John Bolton Tells CNN Merrick Garland is ‘Lamb’ About to ‘Be Slaughtered’ By Trump Politically

Who revealed the raid that wasn’t a raid?
Why didn’t Trump return all the stuff he took?
Why did Trump take the stuff to begin with?

You seem to overlook Trump’s lifelong pattern of ignoring regulations and laws. He doesn’t give a shit. Doesn’t think he has to. He’s Trump, after all. Like Mohamed Ali, Trump says he is the first, the only, the greatest, except he’s not kidding and doesn’t smile or wink as he says it.
Why did they return his passports?

Knowing how John Bolton is the lefts favorite useful idiot, every now and then he speaks wisely, even though of course it involves violence. He's a big time warhawk. Anyhow, he tells the shocked CNN knot head its about to get ugly for Garland.

---------------------

JOHN BERMAN: You’ve worked on sort of both sides of this, ambassador, inside the Department of Justice and also inside the security world. How do you read this filing?

JOHN BOLTON: Well, I think it says there are very significant problems here for President Trump and many of his advisers, post-presidency. But I think we’ve got to distinguish between the legal battle that’s going on and the political battle. I think the Justice Department position sounds perfectly reasonable on the legal battle. But on the, on the political battle, I think they’re being overwhelmed by Donald Trump. You know, if we were in a Colosseum with two gladiators, one of them Donald Trump, the other Merrick Garland, we’d be about to witness the slaughter of the lambs.

LOL Garland is not a politician and has the entire DOJ and the rule of law on his side. There will be no political fight with Trump and Garland will put an end to Trump's political career.

LOL Yeah raiding the home of the former President with 30 armed FBI agents wasn't a political move. LOL
Being poorly organized and able to follow records management procedures that would get your house raided is even dafter legally.

Uh, because they ordered a very public raid by armed FBI agents on the home of a former President and the lead political opponent of the current President, over 11 documents that the former President may or may not have declassified?
1. By definition, It wasn’t a “raid”. It was a lawfully authorized search. A search prompted by the dishonesty of Trump’s lawyers falsely asserting that all documents had been tuned over.

2. The FBI went out of it’s way to not make a scene. No tactical vehicles, no tactical units in body armor, carrying long guns shouting orders at Trump employees or guests.

The agents that conducted the search came in plain, unmarked vehicles. They wore golf/T-shirts with “FBI” on them and khaki pants.

Yes, they carried sidearms because they are required to have them.

3. The search was not over eleven documents.

FBI agents seized eleven sets of documents, among other materials.

4. There has been zero evidence of the declassification offered.

Regardless, Trump had no legal right to take any documents. They are all US government property.

Hope this helps clear up your confusion.

Trump turned it into a political thing by saying it was. No politics were involved.
US-there’s stuff you shouldn’t have at your house
T-here, take it
US-thanks, we did, but you kept lots more
T-silence
US-asked again
T-silence
US-subpoena
T-it’s politics!

Actually, in June Trump and his attorney told the DOJ FBI to look for whatever you want and showed them the store room. Trump told them whatever they needed, all they had to do was ask. Next thing we know 30 armed FBI agents are at his home.

That really triggers snowflakes. It's rather funny. Pelosi and other Dem leaders call Federal law enforcement agents "stormtroopers" But calling a raid a raid gets the panties of the left all atwist.

Bolton is pond scum.

Why not return them? Unlike much or all of the other stuff, he is entitled to them.
Ah… So no charges in sight. Got it.

Inflammatory and wrong, said by any politician or public figure.
But calling a raid a raid gets the panties of the left all atwist.
Falsely claiming that the search was a “raid” is also inflammatory and wrong.

Garland should recuse himself in operations involving partisan dynamics.

Trumps heart would explode first.

And from out here in consensus reality garland is playing trumpco like a fiddle.

H
So Bolton thinks the AG should be only a political tool, and in right wing world that is what they would prefer.
Garland's job is to uphold the laws of the US, regardless of the person involved.
While I think he is being more than a bit cautious, he is doing his job
He’s still has trumpco playing catch-up. How many days did it take before the usual suspects stopped talking about classification after the rest of the world noticed the statute in the warrant didn’t consider classification status? And there’s the calling of the bluff he pulled on them. Followed a day later with “but that doesn’t tell us who the informant is so we can get them or give trumps lawyers more time to prepare a defense and witness tamper”.

I think he may just be one of those quiet ones you have to watch out for.

Uhhh...you can't figure that out? What a dumb**** question.
Well, you have a lot of experience with dumb shit
Garland should recuse himself in operations involving partisan dynamics.
like this ^.

There is absolutely no valid reason for Garland to recuse himself from investigations involving “partisan dynamics”.

You’re simply worried that Garland is going to indict Traitor Trump and are trying to assert any crap excuse you can pull out of your ass, and failing miserably.
