Jimmy Kimmel Should Have Strong Odds at the Supreme Court

The main problem about being in cults is that members don't realise they're in a cult.

That's why you are unable too see that you are indeed in the Trump cult.
OK, PETER, tell me how I am in Trumps cult? Because I voted for him?

Nor did I ever say he was.....I did not leap to any conclusions. You would be well advised to do the same.
I didn't claim you ever said what Kimmel clearly expressed - that the person who killed Charlie was one of the "Maga gang". Kimmel was very clear about that and the rabbit hole you are going down is denying Kimmel's words meant exactly what they said and twisting yourself into a pretzel with completely backwards and illogical justifications about Kimmel supposedly meaning something other than the first part of his sentence, where he unambiguously indicated the killer was one of the MAGA gang.

The side who "ran with" something for days - was the left. They "ran with" a right wing killer narrative which ended up being 100% incorrect and the left ran hard with that incorrect narrative for days. That false narrative being widely spread and publicized made it so the right had the important job of setting the record straight about the truth, once the truth became known over the weekend. Once the truth came out, the left hated the actual truth and some of them, rather than backing away from or admitting their narrative had been wrong, turned their narrative into an actual lie (as Kimmel did on Monday night). Others, if they didn't join in the lie approach, like Kimmel chose to, jumped into whine/victim mode - oh so offended that over the weekend, the right strongly set the record straight and called the left out on the left's incorrect narrative that had been so widely spread for days.

and then some have the audacity to claim others have comprehension problems.

Kimmel doesn't have standing to file a case against the US. ABC has the right to make it's own programming decisions. Kimmel can sue them for breach of contract - and probably will - but that's about it.

If ABC had chosen to fight the Administration revoking it's broadcast license, then they'd have standing and would probably eventually win, but odds are it'd prove to be a pyrrhic victory.

These sound like cute RW talking points, but the fact remains the Democratic party has not fully realized how to harness the power of social media to appeal to the masses.

You guys are ****ed if they ever do because left-wing populism sounds like a much better offer. When someone gets up and has the guts to promise a $30 minimum wage or something - regardless of whether they can get it past congress after the fact - that person will crush it in a general election. But given the attention span of today's voters, they'll have to do it through a ****ing Tik Tok video...
Dem President scandals like those are more than talking points.
Provided you're actually aware of them.
Are you?

OK, PETER, tell me how I am in Trumps cult? Because I voted for him?

Because you've allowed him to push you into accepting un-American extremes.

If you haven't been swooped up into a cult, you're just un-American.

We're giving you the benefit of the doubt.

Nope. Must be cute talking points though. "scandals" tend to be more widely known outside of RW podcasts.
Really?
The twitter files and Zuckerberg congressional testimony went right over your head did it?
