I personally am all for Gym spreading his lies under Oath. The committee prob'ly knows more about his actions than he suspects. Every person with posible knowledge of the events deserves to tell what they know or take the 5th. Taking the 5th is not an admission of guilt, although most folks may feel it is.

I guess I'm not being clear - when people testify before congress they often make a preliminary speech before the testimony begins. It's during that preliminary speech he'll spew his victimhood and lies, after which he'll take the 5th and I'm saying - don't give him the chance to do it.

It's long established law that a perp can't sit in judgement of his/her self. Prospective witnesses fall into that category. Also one who proclaims an unwillingness to hear the evidence before pronouncing a verdict, is not a suitable juror.
