This is an outrage. 4th time in 10 years this dirtbag has avoided justice.

This animal is walking free after trying to snatch a kid from the playground.

Just because he's nuts, which is a given since he's trans, doesn't mean he shouldn't have been prosecuted.

We prosecute nut jobs all the time. You just can't give them the death penalty.

Colorado is a lost cause with AZ in close pursuit.

"For the fourth time in less than a decade, a 34-year-old “transgender black woman” avoided prosecution after allegedly attempting to kidnap a child at a Colorado playground."

The Centennial State’s competency laws were called into question late last week when the court ruled that charges would be dismissed against registered sex offender Solomon Galligan. The man, who claims to be a woman named Carmen, was deemed mentally incompetent by doctors, leading an assistant district attorney to assert, “the statute is insufficient to protect the public …”

As previously reported, considerable outrage followed expectations that charges would be dropped against Galligan for allegedly attempting to kidnap an 11-year-old boy in April 2024 at the Black Forest Hills Elementary School in Aurora, Colorado.

“Under the operation of the law, the court had no choice but to dismiss the case,” ADA Ryan Brackley of Colorado’s 18th Judicial District told 9News following the hearing. “This was a very rare case where someone was so mentally ill and found to be incompetent to the point where they medical health professionals said they could not be restored to competence.”

Dude, you come on here every day and support a pedophile/ rapist/ adulterer.

Are you sure you want to start threads about black sex offenders?

I don’t understand why he has been unleashed on children 4 times instead of the subject of an indefinite involuntary psychiatric hold.
Its what the liberals wanted and voted for. Its beyond any human decency or reason.

If there is a bed available in a mental care facility, not always the case, the maximum stay in Colorado is 90 days. Need to change the laws and build more facilities.

The next child victim doesn’t have the luxury of time to wait for that. He should be held indefinitely. The court can order that.

Of course he should be held indefinitely. But they can't hold him because post #8. If you want to hold these people, you need to build a place to put them.

Nope. Liberals are for mental health treatment and more psychiatric facilities. Conservatives close them to save money.
Liberals voted for the policies their elected officials implement on behalf of their constituents. They have a warped sense of values.

How about changing the stupid law?

Looks as though he'll be committed. His mental incompetency has nothing to do with his race or gender identity nor does it absolve or distract from tRump from being a vile human being.
From the article: “When a defendant is found mentally incompetent to proceed and is being civilly committed for mental health treatment, we are legally obligated to dismiss charges,” KUSA quoted Ross. According to Ross, his office intends to only release Galligan to a mental health facility."

The typical excuse is that no beds are available in a suitable (secure?) ‘care’ facility.

It's the law. The law needs changing as I've said. But in order to change the law there need to be facilities to house more inmates.

They have the facilities to house a mentally ill person who attempts murder. Maybe even lessor crimes. There needs to be exceptions in place for individuals like this monster.

Do you have sources for that?

Sounds like your issue should be with the law. Or do you just want to charge the people that scare you?
