As to the actual discussion - Israeli taxpayers are paying right now to provide Gazans with aid without it reaching Hamas. I can understand why you are against it. Do you understand why?

I didn’t say they were nice or even good people. I got to see them first minutes at my place if employment.

I said they gave no indication of being possessed of the psychological issues one might exhibit if they were “murderous” anything.

And I'm saying they wouldn't, that 'looking at them' is not how to judge their being 'maniacal, genocidal, and murderously colonial'. I just watched an interview with the prosecutor of WWII Nazi leaders. He said they were good people, who treated their pets kindly. If he just judged them on 'how they looked', they weren't guilty of the crimes they committed.

You don't seem to be hearing the point I'm making, suggesting there's no point repeating it. If you want to ignore the facts of atrocities against millions of people they do because you thought they didn't look like something, it's wrong but you can. I can and did point out it's wrong, that it's whitewashing the crimes.

Of course I hear it. I make the same point about Trump. It’s a given that most people of a pathological narcissistic bent can exhibit near flawless charm and be beguiling.

I’m suggesting the history doesn’t paint either of these two historical figures in that light.

I never met Golda Meir, but there is nothing in her recorded personal history that paints her a pathological case either.

That’s a long stretch of leadership your painting as having those overtones.

So you assigning such attributes to a nation under their political and military leadership seems possibly to be touch hyperbolic.

Example: In the case of Trump there is a long standing recorded personal history of actions; the constant lying, the depth and breadth of his personal attacks, his cheating and defrauding. There, with that kind of documentation, you can make the kind of case your making about the leaders of Israel pre Netanyahu.

I responded to your making the argument that you saw them and concluded what type of people they are from that. It seems you are conceding that is wrong. If you want to discuss what the facts of the history show, which you seem to be switching to, that's another argument. You seem to have a rather shocking understanding of that history. Have you googled Menachem Begin?

Just a couple things. He was the leader of a terrorist group leading to the founding of the rogue state.

Remember the famous letter from Einstein and dozens of Jewish leaders warning the country about the faction of Zionists who copied and resembled the Nazis, who were trying to gain influence in the US by sending their leader to the US? That leader they warned about was Menachem Begin.

When you don't have the information, the truth can look to a person like hyperbole. That doesn't mean it is. The question is whether a person learns that it isn't hyperbole. The actions of the rogue state are clear, except to people who choose not to learn the information.

I’ll look into it further, but there is only a fraction of the world that considers Israel a rogue state and most of them are Muslim nations. So that is a bit of a problem as an agenda can be present.

Most of the Western world does not classify Israel a rogue nation. Many of them classify Israel an ally, as we do.
 
At least 94% of all hospitals in Gaza are now damaged or destroyed.

The entire Health Care system in Gaza has collapsed. There is no hospital in Gaza that is fully functioning and there is extensive damage to facilities and a severe shortage in supplies.

The field hospitals are designed to be a support measure and simply can't replace the health system that has been destroyed.

As a matter of logic, the opinions don't prove anything - the success of massive propaganda is an explanation as well as anything else - but as a matter of fact, that's not true IMO. Look at recent UN votes that are almost unanimous condemning the rogue state - and decades of history of votes condemning their actions.

And yet large parts of the population point out the opposite, that they are not an ally, but that they have established a lot of political influence/power over governments. The leader of the state is currently wanted by the International Criminal Court for war crimes... the UN's highest court has ruled the first ruling toward convicting them of genocide.
